Responsibility & Qualification 1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Have a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and be able to write clean, maintainable code. 2. Experience with front-end frameworks: Have experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and be able to use them to build applications. 3. Proficiency with web development tools: Proficient with tools such as Git, Webpack and other task runners that can help streamline the development process. 4. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues: Have an understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and be able to write code that works across a variety of browsers. 5. Strong debugging and problem-solving: Be able to quickly identify and resolve issues in their code and be able to troubleshoot problems in a production environment. 6. Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and to optimize performance for the web. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork: Be able to communicate effectively with team member, and be able to work collaboratively to achieve project goals. 8. Continuous learning: Committed to continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and best practices

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager Specialist. Our ideal candidate has experience in International recruitment, speaks fluent English, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is active on social media networking. S/he will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our pool of global resources. What you will do: • Drive end to end life-cycle recruitment ensuring that supply chain can meet Centific growing localization needs. • Run innovative recruiting campaigns and maximize all channels, with a special focus on social media. • Manage the negotiation of vendor contracts and rate cards in line with Centific scheme and specific projects or accounts. • Build strong relationships with all resources in order to keep them motivated and engaged with the company. • Keep the resources database updated and collect and manage all the onboarding documents. Keep track of all candidates and their skills for future leverage. • Support and work closely with Production and build up new teams as per their requirements. • Act as a point of escalation for collaboration issues or conflicts with vendors. • Consistently work towards improving tools, technologies, and processes. Who you are: • You have a University Degree, preferably with a language or HR focus, and 3+ years of relevant experience in Localisation in an international environment. • You are familiar with localization community.
