工作主要內容
1. 制定並執行完整業務計畫，涵蓋市場洞察、目標設定、執行策略與實現路徑，並依市場反饋及成果即時優化（PDCA）。
2. 拓展企業客戶、推進業務洽談、促成簽約，並提供持續售後服務，建立長期合作夥伴關係。
3. 根據企業客戶需求，制定並執行整合招募與品牌行銷方案。
4. 與社群媒體、節目製作團隊協作，確保專案高效落地並達成KPI。
5. 監控專案進度與成效，分析數據並提出具體優化建議，持續提升專案成果。
6. 掌握產業趨勢與競爭動態，將最新市場洞察應用於業務與專案策略中。
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, covering market insights, goal setting, execution strategies, and implementation pathways, with real-time optimization based on market feedback and results (PDCA).
2. Expand corporate client base, advance business negotiations, secure contracts, and provide ongoing after-sales service to establish long-term partnerships.
3. Design and implement integrated recruitment and brand marketing solutions tailored to corporate client needs.
4. Collaborate with social media and production teams to ensure efficient project execution and achievement of KPIs.
5. Monitor project progress and performance, analyze data, and provide concrete optimization recommendations to continuously enhance results.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, applying the latest market insights to business and project strategies.
