1.針對特定問題，接受諮詢並依顧問師之經驗，給予適當之對策建議。
2.接受企業委託診斷，經分析後提出診斷報告及建議。
3.管理顧問服務，依經營之綜合性立場，找出企業之問題點，提出除去原因之改善方案。
