您將負責高壓測試的程序規劃與執行，並確保試驗區域的安全性與設備完整性。同時需與各單位（設計、製造、承包商）及國際合作方協調，確保測試線路、場域接地及設備需求能順利完成，這是一個結合專業技術、跨部門溝通與創意思維的整合型職務。 We are looking for an electrical engineer with proactively contribute fresh ideas and demonstrate the ability to think beyond conventional frameworks to join our team on high-voltage testing operations for long distance cable. 1-建立並執行各項高壓測試程序 Develop and execute high-voltage testing procedures 2-規劃並評估試驗區域人員安全與設備保護措施 Plan and evaluate safety measures for personnel and equipment protection in the test area 3-與檢驗設備原廠技師、技術合作方進行技術討論與確認 Conduct technical discussions and confirmations with equipment manufacturers and technical partners 4-與承包商、設計單位討論試驗場域接地規劃，並進行土木工程協調 Coordinate with contractors and construction teams on test area grounding plans, including civil engineering requirements 5-與製造部門討論海纜測試線路安排，包含相關設備與器材需求 Collaborate with the manufacturing department on submarine cable test circuit arrangements, including related equipment and material needs 6-執行前期設備安裝及現場協調 Oversee preliminary equipment installation and on-site coordination 7-參與設備及器材的採購作業 Participate in the procurement of equipment and materials

1.生產設備裝機-配線規劃/進度追蹤/施工品質要求 2.生產設備維護-備品管理/異常排除分析防止再發/預防保養 3.生產設備之電控系統優化改善 4.生產單位之相關電力需求並規劃執行 5.熟識低壓電力系統/馬達控制系統/感測器

海纜廠電纜設計與技術答辯 1. 規格研讀與澄清-國際規範、客戶規格研讀，技術澄清 2. 設計卡撰寫-依設備工程能力製作設計卡 3. 技術資料、規格書製作-計算技術參數、製作規格書 4. 業務支援、技術答辯-配合業務需要，與客戶進行討論

1. 開發商( 案場 )各項技術文件研讀及技術澄清。 2. 研讀熟悉CIGRE、IEC電纜相關規範。 3. 電纜相關材料標準制定。 4. 海纜各項ACCESSORIES選用。 5. 電纜設計標準檢討及修改。 6. 結合材料、國際標準、產品特性需求及生產設備能力，設計海底電纜。 7. 海底電纜各項電氣參數計算。 8. 海底電纜各項機械參數計算。 9. 各項技術投標文件準備與製作。 10.帶領設計團隊，與相關部門合作，完成上述設計任務。

海纜設備機台操作： (1).負責生產線機器、設備之操作，並維持機台正常運作。 (2).進行現場產品製程作業。 (3).與其他作業員進行協調，以符合生產及程序標準。 (4).填寫生產報表，以檢視與生產目標的距離。 (5).完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜。

1. 負責試樣的處理與準備，執行產品品質檢測，涵蓋電氣、機械及非電氣特性等多項檢驗。 2. 依據客戶需求及第三方驗證規範，進行驗收測試與設備操作，並完整記錄檢測數據。 3. 定期保養與維護檢測設備與儀器，確保檢測結果的精準與可靠。

1. 審核有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理 2. 月、年結作業，定期編製各類帳務報表，配合會計師查帳作業 3. 預算進度及資本支出的追蹤與管理 4. 其他專案及主管交辦事項

1. Tender/Contract Management Support the tender process from end to end, ensuring timely submission of client-centric proposals Respond to *ITT from clients and prepare the full tender submission including all required documentation Drive the clarification list in every submission rounds Build up project cost and pricing methodology and review/negotiate the contractual terms and conditions 2. Project Management Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Cable Design/Engineering, Production, Finance and Legal to develop the most optimal technical and commercial solution for the client Timely reporting to Sr. management and support the internal approval process for contract approval 3. Relationship Management Create and maintain relationships with Clients and serve as the singular point of contact for all matters and resolve any issues to ensure high client satisfaction 4. Internal Tools Development Support the development of our internal processes, tools, templates and standards to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices

一、釐訂空氣污染、水資源、廢棄物等防制設施及改善計劃，並協調有關部門實施。 二、監督空氣污染、水資源、廢棄物等防制設施之正常運作，並保存相關資料。 三、擬定並協調實施突發事故之緊急應變措施。 四、辦理固定污染源設置、變更及操作許可申請，並監督依許可內容操作。 五、監督或進行排放管道及周界空氣污染物排放狀況之檢查與鑑定，分析保存檢測數據，並申報污染源之資料。 六、事業廢棄物清理計畫書、許可申請、申報及紀錄書表文件及管理事項。 七、其他主管交辦事項。
