We independently develop the SiC technology and introduce international high-quality, high-yield processing production lines, and we use our international market resources to combine international quality control standards with advantageous manufacturers. Through competitive strategies such as rapid factory construction, large-scale expansion, and production line upgrades, we have realized the strategic deployment of integrating professional production of SiC wafer manufacturing and boule (wafer) sales in Taiwan. Yongquan Wafers has been involved in SiC products in the entire SiC industry chain for many years. We control all technologies from SiC crystal growth technology, crystal seed growth, powder preparation, hot field (crucible) preparation, purification technology, crystal growth furnace preparation, as well as laser split, grinding and polishing technology to the sales of SiC boule (wafer).
