Service Technician 售後服務技術員 (重型基礎施工機械) The Service Technician is responsible for the After Sales Service, Erection & Commissioning Equipment on site. To carry out troubleshoot and repair of BAUER equipment in Taiwan. 負責售後服務、現場設備安裝與調試,以及在台灣進行BAUER設備的故障和維修。 Reporting Lines / Substitution / Subordinates - Reporting to Director 匯報線路 / 代理 / 下屬 • 向總監報告 Preferred Skills: - Minimum high school qualification - Competent in mechanical process - 1-2 years of working experience in related field - Driving license 首選技能: - 至少具有高中學歷 - 熟練掌握機械工藝 - 1-2 年相關領域的工作經驗 - 擁有駕駛執照 Job Scope: - Attend to the equipment erection and commissioning, field service at job site as well as workshop for equipment repair, including overhaul jobs. 負責設備的安裝與調試,在工地以及車間進行設備維修,包括設備檢修/整修工作。 - Perform effective troubleshooting to identify fault or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged parts. 有效的執行排除故障,識別故障或故障原因並進行維修或更換損壞零件。 - Put up service required parts requisition for approval. 提交所需零件的請購單以供審批。 - Prepare parts required for the repair in orderly manner. 以有序的方式準備維修所需的零件。 - Prepare and submit the repair/service reports according to the repair done within the specific time. 根據維修情況,在指定時間內準備並提交維修/服務報告。 - Maintain good company image at all times by providing prompt service & showing good work attitudes to customers. 通過提供迅速的服務及展現良好的工作態度,隨時保持公司的良好形象。 - Ensure that all tools, equipment & materials used are in good condition. The Accounts Executive is responsible daily routine operational accounting process including assist in monthly and yearly closing. Reporting Lines / Substitution / Subordinates - Reporting to Director Preferred Skills: - Minimum degree qualification in accounting - Competent in English additional to native language - Minimum 3 years working experience in related field - Competent in MS-Office and SAP B1 knowledge - Full knowledge of accounting preferred - Knowledge of tax & costing preferred Job Scope: - Process all payment including staff claims & petty cash after approval in SAP. - Process customer invoices and receipt in SAP. - Handle all banking process. - Maintain cash book and prepare monthly cash flow planning. - Ensure all transactions taken up for monthly & yearly closing. - Prepare & file all relevant authorities' submission such as withholding tax, VAT, NHI upon approval. - Able to maintain proper accounting procedure in accordance with Taiwan regulation. - Coordinate with customers/suppliers on any account support. - Assist on liaison with auditor & tax agent for yearly closing. - Keep proper filing for all documents. - Any other ad-hoc duties assign by immediate superior.

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Reporting Lines / Substitution / Subordinates - Report to Director. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, electrical / electronic engineering, mechanical/mechatronics engineering with at least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager. - Bilingual, i.e. fluent in local language. - Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in Industry knowledge which includes Construction, Mining, Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical. - Overseas sales experiences will be preferred. - Result-oriented, meticulous and a team player. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies. - Proficient in SAP. - Preferably to have driving license and own transport. Job Scope: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: • Primary target market – Taiwan. • Establish and develop sales strategies for BAUER equipment for local market, other target country or market segments. • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs, and regularly monitor and report on progress. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. 2. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and accounts. • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor sales performance against targets. • Manage expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI. • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. 4. Product and Market Knowledge: • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and their value propositions. • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. 5. Sales Process Improvement: • Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency. • Implement sales tools, technology, and CRM systems to support sales activities. 6. Sales Negotiations and Deal Closure: • Lead negotiations with clients, close deals, and secure contracts. • Ensure that sales contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. 7. Sales Collaboration: • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals. • Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market insights. 8. Others: • Ensure import / export compliance program is maintained. • Ad-hoc duties assign by HOD from time to time.
