3. 負責回復英文信件，處理顧客及廠商的各種情況。accountable for responding to letters in English and managing a range of consumer and manufacturer situations.

5. 決定貨物裝運之方法，並準備提貨單、發貨單及其他相關文件。Establish how the goods will be shipped, then create delivery orders, bills of lading, and other necessary paperwork.
6. 追蹤交期及出貨狀況。Keep track of shipment status and delivery dates.
7. 負責客戶資料、廠商資料及相關檔案文件的整理、建檔與維護。In charge of maintaining, organizing, and filing manufacturer and customer data as well as associated files and documents.
