Job Description As a Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will provide on-site process support, consulting, and training for advanced semiconductor equipment. This role focuses on thin film, deposition, and diffusion applications, helping customers optimize processes, improve yield, and achieve consistent results. You will serve as a critical link between customers and engineering teams to ensure successful tool adoption and process success. Responsibilities: - With over 10 years of experience, lead regional marketing initiatives to drive CSB (Connectivity & Storage BU) revenue across Asia, including Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, and India. - Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing teams to expand market share in Ethernet, Storage, Wi-Fi, MoCA, and G.hn product lines. - Work closely with local sales teams and channel partners to build opportunity pipelines and achieve sustainable long-term growth. - Anticipate strategic customers’ future needs and strengthen executive-level relationships. - Define Asia-focused product strategies and roadmaps in partnership with corporate marketing. - Coordinate with Applications Engineering and Marcom to deliver impactful tools and documentation. - Provide product training to local sales teams to ensure successful strategy execution. We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will focus on verification of advanced SoC and IP designs, contributing directly to the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our products. Responsibilities: - Lead design verification efforts for high-performance digital/analog IPs and SoCs, including PCIe, CXL, DDR, AXI, AMBA, and Ethernet interfaces. - Develop and maintain verification environments using UVM/SystemVerilog and other verification methodologies. - Drive coverage closure and optimize verification efficiency (e.g., reducing CPU runtime and improving simulation throughput). - Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team. - Collaborate closely with design engineers to identify potential issues early and ensure timely delivery of verified designs. - Document verification plans, strategies, and results clearly for both internal teams and external stakeholders. State Management – Proficient with Redux, MobX, and Zustand, enabling seamless real-time UI updates. API Connectivity – Strong expertise in integrating RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and Server-Sent Events, along with handling asynchronous workflows. The Deputy Plant Manager supports the Plant Manager and steps in to fulfill their responsibilities during absences. This role is essential in strengthening the company’s competitive edge by coordinating cross-functional operations and ensuring consistent performance. The position requires rotation every 2–3 years across multiple plant sites. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Lead and oversee plant functions—including production, quality, engineering, logistics, and trade compliance—to meet corporate goals. - Partner with departmental leaders to plan and align operations, ensuring manufacturing objectives are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. - Manage communication and coordination between the main facility and satellite plants on operational issues. - Supervise manufacturing activities to ensure output meets required quality, quantity, and cost standards. - Perform additional duties as directed by senior management. Experience & Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a comparable role. - Openness to relocation, with readiness for rotational assignments across different plants. - Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
