1. Manage project schedules to ensure each project aligns with the planned timeline. 2. Coordinate cross-departmental communication and problem-solving to support project execution. 3. Communicate with customers and handle customer complaints. Support for the following tasks may be required based on departmental operational needs: 4. Quoting – RFQ entry, collecting prices information and preparing quotation. 5. Order Process Control & Management – order entry, order verification for the stock availability; to organize the shipping schedule and manage the control table; customer service support; collaborating with the sales team in Asia and supporting. 6. Other Administration Supporting Function. 7. Importing & Exporting Logistics Process – customs declaration process, exporting document preparation, shipping notification to customers & control table maintenance, payment requisition process and procedures.

Job description Overview: Perform test measurements on PCBAs and microelectronic sized products using Vector Network Analyzer and other equipment. Follow engineering instructions (written or verbal) for custom projects by reading schematics, layout drawings, and electronic troubleshooting. Owns safe and accurate control of delicate equipment through calibration, maintenance, and data logging. Responsibilities: (1) The Test Technician should have the ability to read electrical schematics and able to operate Analog & RF test instruments, such as Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc. (2) Perform and keep record of calibration/maintenance logs. (3) Set up instruments and hardware (including determination and selection of hardware requirement) for each unique project, measure data per requirements, and keep documentations and records for traceability. (4) Provide support to production and engineering activities. Collaborate with other teams, and perform related duties as assigned. (5) Determine improvements that can be made to the assigned process. (6) Must be mindful of precautions required by the product and tester (such as delicate handling and ESD) (7) Highly committed in completing a given task. Requirements • AAS / BS in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Technology, or equivalent training. • Understand schematic diagrams, component-level fault isolation and troubleshooting • Ability to stand for long hours. • Ability to work under microscope for long hours. • Flexible for 1st or 2nd shift. - Ability to be flexible to changing priorities. Preferred: • Working knowledge of Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR), and high frequency (RF) concepts.
