We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Developer to join our team in Indonesia. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients while ensuring smooth coordination between our factory operations and overseas partners.
This position will also serve as the Head of Sales & Shipping Department, responsible for managing a team, leading international business development, and ensuring efficient shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with international key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (production, logistics, quality assurance, and management).
• Oversee end-to-end account management, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with key clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with factory operations to align production capacity with client requirements.
• Handle and coordinate shipping duties, including export documentation, compliance, and communication with freight forwarders.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory-related roles. Mainly experienced in key accounting management, and preferably in manufacturing, production management, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, export procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency would be a plus but not essential.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

任職要求
• 至少 5 年工廠相關工作經驗,主要精通客戶管理, 並具製造、生產管理或供應鏈經驗者優先。
• 對 國際航運、出口程序與貿易合規 有深入了解。
• 具備 國際客戶管理、業務開發或銷售 經驗。
• 精通英語、印尼語(聽說讀寫能力佳)。普通話中文能力佳, 但非必需條件.
• 具備優秀的談判技巧、組織能力與解決問題的能力,注重細節。
• 能獨立作業並能在緊湊時限下同時處理多個客戶。
• 商業、國際貿易、供應鏈管理或相關專業之學士學位者佳。
