Job Description: - Manage the schedules, resources, and deliverables of multiple BMC projects belonging to Insyde's Supervyse OPF BMC program by actively cooperating with BMC engineering managers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including BMC teams, BIOS teams, product managers, and project managers. - Ensure alignment of project objectives with company goals and customer expectations. - Regularly communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and upper management. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Qualifications: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English 2. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Google Workplace 3. Ability to multi-task and work independently to manage various program elements simultaneously 4. Self-motivated and attention to details. 5. Capacity to manage high stress situations. 6. Experience in program or project management or testing for consumer electronic products in ODM/OEM will be a plus. 7. Knowledge in BMC firmware will be a plus.

Job Description: - Work with the Product & System Security teams in implementing the security patches in Insyde’s Supervyse OPF OpenBMC firmware. - Contribute to OPF’s new security features. - Assist with audit of security critical code, review and implement patches. - Create tools that help automate security verification, testing. - Improve firmware architecture and APIs to build security into OPF. - Assist the OPF firmware development team to deploy best practices based on industrial standards like Microsoft SDL, NIST SSDF, Cybersecurity framework, etc. Qualifications: 1. A passion for embedded development and security. 2. Understanding of software vulnerabilities and mitigations. 3. Background in secure coding and code auditing. 4. Have an understanding of past, current, and emerging security exploit types. 5. Knowledge in NIST standards will be a plus. 6. Knowledge in BMC or Linux embedded firmware will be a plus.

1. Closely collaborating with silicon vendor to build up strategy partnership, manage co-engineering/co-marketing activities and create UEFI BIOS product roadmap. 2. Working closely with engineering teams to come out product development plan and define key milestones/deliverables. 3. Drive product development from marketing and customer perspective to ensure product meets customer expectation and leads the market. 4. Manage product development/validation activities throughout product life cycle, including planning, kickoff, development, launch, sustaining and EOL. 5. Own and manage feature requests, including respond to requests from customers, customer support team, project manager and sales; verifying the validity of feature request. 6. Take responsibility for decision in regards to feature/schedule tradeoffs, priority of customer issues, and all other product related issues. 7. Serve as an expert on the product roadmap, including answer questions from the fields, customers and internal teams as well as escalating the appropriate issues to stakeholders. 8. Create promotional materials and promote product to customers for project design-in & design-win. 9. Prepare reports and host meetings to update status and share information with stakeholders.
