Identify, develop, and execute a portfolio of projects to deliver; 1. Technology into the Service Technology Centre network to advance the manufacturing capabilities and improving the STC operational KPIs. 2. Ensuring the technology achieves PPAP Level A and MCRL 8 by working alongside the specialists, STC manufacturing engineer and operational zone leaders. 3. Ensure you stay up to date with the latest manufacturing and digital technologies as this will enable you to be successful when communicating with specialists and operations. Main Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to development of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Under direction of senior manufacturing engineers develop concepts, produce designs, obtain quotes, produce project schedules, and perform safety assessments. 2. Support execution of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Engage with suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget. Contribute to internal project meetings, spend and schedule tracking, engineering management reports, and post-project reviews and effectiveness measurement. 3. Support execution of portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of; a. projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as digital twin, complex factory simulations, manufacturing systems, and IT integration. b. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both manufacturing and digital technology teams ensuring the requirements are robust, resource plans in place, and local supply chains / vendors are onboarded, all to ensure the successful introduction of future manufacturing and digital technologies. 4. Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with regional the STC operational teams and Innovation teams 5. Understand and validate the benefits of future technologies against the business case and agree with the business controller how they are seen within the STC balance sheet. 6. Implement internal directives, such as Service Information Bulletins, issued by global teams to address quality or operational issues 7. Support Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) and ensure future technologies align to its principles. 8. Operate the STC Permit, and Engineering Change applications for submission to internal change control council on behalf on the innovation team. 9. Execute program of engineering audits to ensure deviations from published standards are identified and addressed. 10. Manage own continuous development through application of structured planning & review process and identification/attendance of appropriate training programs.

* In charge of customer account * To implement problem-solving processes in the Taiwan organization, and work with the Sales and Service organization on the improvement of product reliability at customer sites, and reduce Cost Of Ownership to our customers * Deliver technical presentation to customers, particularly on details of product design, technology, applications and safety * Regional authority for product selection * Promote new product and coordinate the local resources to manage Loan & Evaluation programmes * Resolve technical and applications issues

• Prepare quotes and enquiries and follow up. • Respond interactively and immediately, verbally and in writing, to customer enquiries and requests, including simple technical enquiries, price and availability quotations and standard repair charges in accordance with the sale strategy of the Key Account Manager. • Take orders, progress exceptions, progress orders and allocate priorities for effective order fulfilment. • Where queries are of a technical nature, ensure that they are passed to the appropriate body and that the customer is totally satisfied with the speed and content of the response. • Be responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are recorded and consequent administration is kept fully up-to-date, both in file and on computer. Update customers' specification folder or order amendment requests. • When applicable, participate in following up customer contacts and other pro-active selling programs to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of sales. • Follow up product deliveries according the requested customers’ delivery dates. • Follow up the payment of the invoices. • Establish relationships with the accounting people of each customer.

【Main Responsibilities】 1. Build and train a high-performing KAM team with strong self-motivation and teamwork capabilities. 2. Support global strategy execution by maintaining regular communication with worldwide Edwards teams on pricing, market trends, competitors, and business insights. 【What we expect of you】 1. MS degree in Science or Semiconductor Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in semiconductor production, design, maintenance, and sales. 2. Capable of gaining customer trust through solid business and technical knowledge. 3. Highly motivated to win business and responsive to customer needs. 4. Familiar with OEM process equipment and vacuum/exhaust gas management requirements. 5. Good knowledge of semiconductor applications and workflows. 6. Proven ability to manage key accounts and negotiate with senior fab leaders in Taiwan and abroad. 7. Self-driven, effective under pressure, and able to lead cross-functional teams while supporting post-sales activities.

To work closely with the supporting teams (service/marketing/product/applications specialists) to meet customers requirements and ensure winning business. 4. Your Role: -Sufficient capacity of team management to leading onsite team for daily operation. -Carry out tasks in conjunction with Edwards Best Operating Practice. -Good communication skill to cooperate with functional team internaly. -Customer relationship build up, work cloesly with customer in customer site. -Understand customers' requests and feedback to Service Manager. -Provide regular reports and status of activities. -Required to actively participate in ongoing improvement in the standard of our health, safety and loss control management systems. -Provide feed back on safety issues affecting your place of work or with Edwards’ equipment. -Required to work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required. To succeed, you will need: Skills and experience -Experience in field service activities also familiar product knowledge. -Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software. -Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage. -Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential. -Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required. -Key competence required for the role. -Soft skill is required for team leading and communications. -Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers. -A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
