Identify, develop, and execute a portfolio of projects to deliver; 1. Technology into the Service Technology Centre network to advance the manufacturing capabilities and improving the STC operational KPIs. 2. Ensuring the technology achieves PPAP Level A and MCRL 8 by working alongside the specialists, STC manufacturing engineer and operational zone leaders. 3. Ensure you stay up to date with the latest manufacturing and digital technologies as this will enable you to be successful when communicating with specialists and operations. Main Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to development of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Under direction of senior manufacturing engineers develop concepts, produce designs, obtain quotes, produce project schedules, and perform safety assessments. 2. Support execution of CAPEX projects of multiple million USD value. Engage with suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget. Contribute to internal project meetings, spend and schedule tracking, engineering management reports, and post-project reviews and effectiveness measurement. 3. Support execution of portfolio of continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of; a. projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as digital twin, complex factory simulations, manufacturing systems, and IT integration. b. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both manufacturing and digital technology teams ensuring the requirements are robust, resource plans in place, and local supply chains / vendors are onboarded, all to ensure the successful introduction of future manufacturing and digital technologies. 4. Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with regional the STC operational teams and Innovation teams 5. Understand and validate the benefits of future technologies against the business case and agree with the business controller how they are seen within the STC balance sheet. 6. Implement internal directives, such as Service Information Bulletins, issued by global teams to address quality or operational issues 7. Support Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) and ensure future technologies align to its principles. 8. Operate the STC Permit, and Engineering Change applications for submission to internal change control council on behalf on the innovation team. 9. Execute program of engineering audits to ensure deviations from published standards are identified and addressed. 10. Manage own continuous development through application of structured planning & review process and identification/attendance of appropriate training programs.

* In charge of customer account * To implement problem-solving processes in the Taiwan organization, and work with the Sales and Service organization on the improvement of product reliability at customer sites, and reduce Cost Of Ownership to our customers * Deliver technical presentation to customers, particularly on details of product design, technology, applications and safety * Regional authority for product selection * Promote new product and coordinate the local resources to manage Loan & Evaluation programmes * Resolve technical and applications issues

• Prepare quotes and enquiries and follow up. • Respond interactively and immediately, verbally and in writing, to customer enquiries and requests, including simple technical enquiries, price and availability quotations and standard repair charges in accordance with the sale strategy of the Key Account Manager. • Take orders, progress exceptions, progress orders and allocate priorities for effective order fulfilment. • Where queries are of a technical nature, ensure that they are passed to the appropriate body and that the customer is totally satisfied with the speed and content of the response. • Be responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are recorded and consequent administration is kept fully up-to-date, both in file and on computer. Update customers' specification folder or order amendment requests. • When applicable, participate in following up customer contacts and assist with selling programs to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of sales. • Follow up product deliveries according the requested customers’ delivery dates. • Follow up the payment of the invoices. • Establish relationships with the accounting people of each customer.

Chair internal project meetings, track spend and schedule progress, and report into engineering management. Perform post-project review and effectiveness measurement. 3. Manage the resizing process with Hub/FS regularly to optimize the stock level. 3. Manage the surplus service stock and plan to review and reduce to improve the stock healthy rate continuously 4. Monitor daily inventory transaction and keep improving the PI counting stock accuracy. 5. Manage the Service stock to fulfil the service demand and support service business. 6. Monitor materials' delivery schedule and expediting if needed. 7. Manage the provision value to control the old or damaged stock. 8. To control inventory levels in line with budget to meet the objectives of the business and offer a high level of service and availability to internal and external customers. 9. -Your Role: To undertake facility engineer activities the Facilities in Jhunan STC site. This role includes planning maintenance, preventive maintenance, utilities capacity, production machines and equipment. Jhunan site facility development and Remanufacturing process based on SQDCPE co-ordination and mission align with STC OGSM. • Capacity, Cost, and Inventory Management: Assist with facility capacity planning, Capex support, and managing spare parts replenishment levels while controlling costs and improving operational efficiency. • Manufacturing Support and Facility Reliability: Ensure the reliability of manufacturing support systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment in building and production facilities, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime. • Service Requests and Troubleshooting: Respond to service database requests, perform troubleshooting, and repair building and facility systems. Develop standards and maintain documentation. • Kaizen Projects and Process Improvement: Actively participate in STC Kaizen projects, leading improvements and driving changes that enhance operational performance and support target achievement. • Sub-contractor Supervision and Compliance: Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe work practices, managing work orders, service contracts, and NDAs as needed. • Regulatory Compliance, Energy, and Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., electrical, environmental), support LRQA audits, and manage energy consumption to maintain costs at acceptable levels while driving sustainability efforts. • Consumables Procurement, Environmental, and ESG Support: Assist production line leaders in optimizing consumables usage, shelf life, and material types.
