Senior Business Analyst – Samson Holding Ltd.

With US$500 million in net assets and a strong global presence, we are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst to drive operational excellence by monitoring business unit performance, tracking action item completion, and ensuring strategic initiatives achieve measurable results.
Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Aisa
Salary Budget: USD 65,000 - 85,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze performance metrics across all business units (BU) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring strategic attention
• Track progress on strategic initiatives, action items, and improvement plans through systematic monitoring and milestone evaluation
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with BU leaders to ensure accountability and drive completion of critical deliverables
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems for executive leadership, providing real-time visibility into operational performance
• Perform detailed pricing and costing analytics across product lines and market segments, evaluating pricing strategies, margin optimization opportunities, cost structure analysis, and competitive positioning to support strategic pricing decisions and profitability enhancement initiatives
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions with detailed implementation roadmaps and success metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and break down organizational silos
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings to senior management with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Support data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and insights generation across all business functions
Language Requirement:
Near-native fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and must speak Mandarin
Additional Notes:
