此職位隸屬 營運部門，核心任務是 協助、監督與管理 RD 部門， 確保研發團隊能遵循制度、維持紀律並提升效率。 職務範疇涵蓋 人事、管理、採購、專案支援 等， 讓 RD 團隊能專注在技術研發，提升整體部門效能。 基本條件 : 2 年以上行政、專案管理或助理相關經驗。 加分條件 : 熟悉 ERP / 採購系統或人事管理流程。

工作內容 : 1. 參與專案的執行: 協助測試與驗證； 進行產品的測試。 2.協助文件撰寫: 協助撰寫BOM、技術文件、報告、規格書等。 3.完成主管交辦事項等。 工作技能 : 1.熟悉電腦操作。 2.熟悉Microsoft Office 軟體(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)。 其他條件 : 1.肯學習，態度佳。 2.樂於合作、溝通。

- Must be a Taiwan Citizen and be fluent in Mandarin Chinese - Must have a good personality and teamwork spirit. - Has good English skills. Overseas university education in an English-speaking country (US, Canada, etc.) is preferred. - Is familiar with Taiwan manufacturing infrastructure, suppliers, and social ways (of doing business). - Understands that the process (how we do something) is as important as the goals (what we are trying to achieve), willing to train the team to "do things right." This includes planning, proper document keeping, and so on. - Has personal engineering experience (and not just the experience of managing engineers). We are looking for a "playing coach," not just a "coach who teaches how to play." - Has a proven track record in leading a mixed group of hardware and software engineers to complete projects related to networking, wireless communications, IoT, industrial automation, data collection, sensors, and related fields. - Has an excellent birds-eye view of the new developments in the following fields: IoT, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, other low-power wireless communications, sensors, web development (techniques, platforms, and frameworks), new software/firmware development frameworks (WebAssembly, Zephyr, and others).
