Strategic Role:
Recruit, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals focused on defining and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs to drive growth. Marketing programs will align with defined global and Asia Pacific business and sales objectives around:
•Brand, positioning, and messaging development
•Lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue attainment
•Current and future product and service lifecycles
•Customer acquisition, expansion, support, retention, and advocacy
Tactical Role:
Utilize a range of applicable and integrated marketing and communications tools, programs, platforms, content, campaigns, and reporting tools to meet and exceed defined business objectives.
•8+ years of marketing team leadership and management.
•Background developing and implementing multi-channel B2B marketing programs.
•Background in high technology hardware and/or software, electrical engineering, and product manufacturing, preferred.
•Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google, Baidu, and local platform strategy development and execution experience.
•International company experience with a working understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences.
•Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for international collaboration and public speaking.
•Ability to develop informative, multi-channel, digital content that garners interest, engagement, and leads.
•Ability to work collaboratively with global sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive results.
•Ability to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
•Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION:
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Preferably background in the B2B Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high technology industry.
• Experience working in an international company, with a working understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for international collaboration and public speaking.
• Strong Digital Skills, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google, Baidu, and local platform strategy development and execution experience.
• Expertise in product marketing and marketing communications, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and critical thinker with the ability to craft high-impact marketing content.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to execute tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
