• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a local medical plan, aligned with global strategies and local insights, designed to meet shared objectives • Lead and implement medical projects in launch readiness process for successful launch • Provide education to the medical community on Servier Taiwan oncology products • Coordinate continuing educational meetings, symposium and programs for Healthcare Professionals • Facilitate responses to unsolicited questions from Healthcare Professionals • Provide scientific support at medical congresses and meetings in relevant therapeutic areas • Develop and execute tactics for communicating complex scientific information to the healthcare community • Provide impactful feedback, information and insights to internal stakeholders on emerging clinical and scientific trends from external interactions to help shape company strategy and research, and to ensure the safe and appropriate use of Sevier Taiwan products • Coordinate review of medical materials and ensure medical materials provided from global or regional for stakeholder engagement and events are tailored to local needs • Support Healthcare Professionals with Expanded Access individual requests or programs as needed • Provide scientific training and medical support for internal support for Marketing and Commercial colleagues as needed • Identification and verification of investigators Assist Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) and keep auditable records in line with global/local SOPs • Establish effective communication with global/regional medical team to ensure latest information to be available locally • Act as a scientific resource with professional and advocacy organizations with the objective of developing and identifying potential collaborative opportunities • Build specific excellence and integrity within the healthcare community. Develop contacts with key clinicians, university teaching Medical Centers and other medical / scientific groups and stakeholders • Develop strategic engagement plan with TAEs through one-on-one clinical training on approved clinical slide decks • Assess Medical Science Liaison (MSL) engagement specifically focusing on quantifiable metrics that reflect the level, frequency, and reach of interactions with key stakeholders • Define and follow up KPIs for a comprehensive and quantitative approach to assess the effectiveness, reach, and strategic impact of MSL engagement efforts • Facilitate responses to unsolicited requests for medical information submitted to Servier Taiwan • Ensure timely, balanced, and accurate flow of medical information to healthcare professionals

The PV Manager works closely with the LPV to manage all pharmacovigilance activities and as a deputy LPV for the territories of Taiwan and Hong Kong. The position is based in Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C., and could include occasional travel, mainly in Hong Kong but also occasionally internationally (Western Europe primarily). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for pharmacovigilance activities in the territory of Taiwan and Hong Kong - Ensuring that the collection, reporting, and handling of safety information associated with Servier products is organized and performed according to global Servier and local regulatory requirements. - Helping LPV to maintain safety risk management and all other pharmacovigilance activities, and ensuring pharmacovigilance compliance and inspection readiness across all affiliate functions.

The Legal and Compliance Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direct oversight of all legal & compliance affairs for Taiwan & Hong Kong Servier subsidiaries. The position is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and could include occasional travel mainly in Hong Kong but also very occasionally internationally. * Serve as the primary legal and compliance contact for both the subsidiary and global Servier teams. * Legal: - Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements and provide practical legal advice across various areas, including competition, commercial, pharmaceutical (especially market access, new technologies, criminal, IP law) with consistent support of notably outside law firm. - Develop standardized, localized legal processes and templates to efficiently deliver legal services in Taiwan and Hong Kong. - Manage litigation in Accordance with Group internal policies. * Compliance: - Lead, in coordination with regional compliance/HQ on projects, manage communication of resulting reports/ recommendations and support any required business remediation plans / corrective actions. - Ensure that risk management practices are aligned with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Integrate risk management into the businesses’ governance structure and decision-making processes.
