德國科思創Covestro (全球最大聚合物生產商之一) 與長興化工合資的【帝興樹脂】，是科思創在其粉體塗料工廠世界版圖中 (西班牙、荷蘭、美國、大陸崑山、台灣)的五間工廠之一，亦是唯一進行聚酯樹脂全球性供貨的工廠。 屏東廠擁有30多年的歷史，其產品應用領域廣泛，包含建材、汽車、電子電器、家電、家具、一般工業及大型機械產業等。屏東廠建廠至今歷經多次擴廠，力求透過設備的提升，邁向永續目標，亦與工業區的鄰居廠區合作，運用他廠的製程產品低硫油取代重油，使屏東廠的硫化物排放大幅降低95%。 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and implement the engineering strategy, provide Process Technology, Engineering expertise of unit operations in assigned area. 2. Lead the continuous development of the process technology and the optimization of the unit operations. Responsible for all process improvement efforts and costs savings (yield/quality improvements, waste reduction, energy savings, defect elimination and other related activities.) 3. Self-motivated to propose to improvement ideas and take/participate the initiative activities in various role (team leader, team member, mentor...) with broad engineering expertise. 4. Execute feasibility studies of plant opportunities, process developments, new product transfer, technological innovations, code&standard comparison etc. 5. Develop investment deliverable and technical specifications/design drawings. 6. Provide technical expertise for scope definition, Front End Loading study to start-up stages, and accountable for technical acceptance of plant modifications which can include small projects and mid-size/large projects, as appropriate. 7. Monitor daily production schedule and troubleshoot quality and production related issues. 8. Responsible area (Process technology and improvement): Polyester production line, packing area, utility area and raw-materials tank. 1. 規劃並執行工程方案，為特定區域的生產操作提供專業技術支援。 2. 帶領團隊持續改善生產流程和優化操作。負責各項製程改善工作，包括提高產量和品質、減少廢棄物、節約能源、消除缺陷等，以達到成本節約的目標。 3. 主動提出改善點子，並能在不同角色中（如團隊領導、成員或指導者等）積極參與或主導各項活動，展現全面的工程專業能力。 4. 進行各種可行性評估，包括工廠改善機會、製程開發、新產品導入、技術創新及標準比較等。 5. 制定投資計畫成果及撰寫技術規格書/設計圖。 6. 在專案各階段（從範圍界定、前期規劃研究到啟動階段）提供技術專業意見，並負責工廠各項改造的技術驗收，包括大小型專案。 7. 監督日常生產進度，並解決品質和生產相關問題。 8. 負責區域包括：聚酯生產線、包裝區、公用設施區和原料儲存區的製程技術與改善。

The RFM business operates worldwide and adds a complete range of water-based polyacrylate resins, solutions for additive manufacturing, and an advanced solar coatings business to strengthen our sustainable growth strategy. 德商科思創與長興化工合資的屏東廠(帝興)，是RFM粉體塗料聚酯樹脂支援全球性供貨的廠區。截至2024年底，科思創在全球擁有46家生產基地，其中包括5間粉體塗料工廠，包含西班牙、荷蘭、美國、大陸崑山及屏東; 其產品應用領域廣泛，包含建材、汽車、電子電器、家電、家具、一般工業及大型機械產業等。 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implement equipment maintenance and urgent troubleshooting for Electrical & Instrument (E&I) equipment and process control system to maintain plant’s production operations. 對電氣儀表（E＆I）設備和製程控制系統進行維修和緊急的故障排除，以維持工廠生產營運。 2. Develop E&I equipment maintenance strategy and fulfill Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan. 制定儀電設備維護策略，並實施預防保養計劃。 3. Analyze equipment failure cause by Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and/or other superior performance analysis tool to improve equipment performance reliability. 藉由根本原因分析（RCA）或其他相關設備故障診斷分析工具去分析設備故障原因和提高設備性能可靠度。 4. Create equipment’s specification for E&I equipment purchase and installation and Manage equipment asset and spare parts. 開立電氣儀表設備之採購和安裝規格，和管理設備資產和備品。 5. Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of E&I technology to provide expertise on relevant improvement. 作為工廠電儀專業技術專家，並對於相關改善貢獻其專業技術。 6. Evaluate suitable supplier/contractor for maintenance equipment & materials purchase and contractor engineering service. 評估合適的供應商/承攬商，以促進更多的維修設備&材料採購資源和承攬商工程服務。 7. Apply for safety work permit and manage contractor’s construction for ensuring safety and quality. 申請安全工作許可證並管理承攬商施工，以確保施工安全和品質。 8. Support plant’s safety and continuous improvement. 支援工廠的安全和持續改善。
