主要職責 1.透過實施全球標準化、Gemba改善、iOE工具與系統，建立並推動現場持續改善。 2.推動和協調現場的Gemba改善活動與專案，確保進度和績效符合預期。 3.訓練與指導改善團隊運用問題解決技巧及工具應用。 4.與當地管理團隊進行定期的Gemba走訪與審查，確保日常問題解決、LDM、Gemba改善 5.等所有改善活動在現場得以全面執行。 6.確保現場採用紀律嚴謹、數據驅動、系統化的問題解決方法，以改善SQDCPI，達成年度目標，並實現年度績效持續改善。 7.作為現場的集中資源，追蹤和報告KPI，並推動各職能部門真正落實並執行持續改善活動。 必要時，領導現場最關鍵問題的改善活動，展示運用iLean和iSigma工具有效且快速地解決問題。 8.與現場領導層及其他職能領導合作，確保iOE管理系統及持續改善文化的永續性與成功，直到成為組織的DNA。 9.推動跨場知識分享與最佳實務交流，充分利用其他場站的知識與經驗。 10.與其他工廠的iLean及iSigma專家合作，開發並提供iLean及iSigma模組化訓練與實務。 Key Responsibilities 1. Set up and drive site Continuous Improvement by implementing global standardization, Gemba Kaizen, iOE tools and systems. 2. Drive and facilitate site Gemba Kaizen Events and activities to ensure progress and performance on track. 3. Train and coach Kaizen team on the problem-solving skills and tools application. 4. Lead regular Gemba Walk and Gemba Review with local management team to ensure daily problem solving, LDM, Gemba Kaizen etc., all Kaizen activities well embraced and executed on shop floor. 5. Ensure site disciplined, data-driven, systematic problem solving to improve SQDCPI to meet annual targets as well as realize year over year performance continuously improvement. 6. Sever as the site centralized resource to track and report KPIs, also assess and drive each function to truly embrace and execute Continuous Improvement activities. 7. Lead site top critical issues’ Kaizen activities when necessary to demonstrate using iLean and iSigma tools to solve the problem effectively and efficiently. 8. Work with site top leader and other functional leaders to ensure iOE management systems and Continuous Improvement culture sustainable and successful, till to be the DNA of organization. 9. Drive site to site Read-across and Best Practice sharing to make the best use of the know-how and experiences from other sites. 10. Partner with other facilities' iLean & iSigma masters to develop and deliver iLean and iSigma modular training and practice.

This customer-facing role will interact directly with clients to address product compliance inquiries, facilitate technical support, and provide expert guidance throughout the product lifecycle. THE ROLE The Lead Signal Integrity Engineer is a technical leader responsible for advancing Isola’s laminate materials to meet and exceed high-speed electrical and signal integrity (SI) performance requirements. This role provides mentorship and direction to the Signal Integrity team in Taiwan, drives innovation in SI test methodologies, and ensures strong technical engagement with global OEMs. The Lead serves as a recognized authority in SI, bridging customer needs with material performance and representing Isola in the high-performance electronics community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer-Facing Technical Support: • Lead technical engagement with OEMs and direct customers on high-speed laminate characterization. • Act as primary technical contact for SI-related design validation and adoption cycles. • Oversee the creation of technical reports, white papers, and collateral for internal and external use. Strategic & Technical Leadership: • Define and develop advanced SI measurement, modeling, and simulation methodologies. • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to ensure alignment of SI capabilities with product strategy. • Represent Isola as a thought leader through publications, conferences, and industry forums. Organizational Management: • Mentor, guide, and grow the Taiwan-based Signal Integrity Engineering team. • Establish scalable, cost-effective SI test methods that accelerate R&D and customer response. • Drive alignment with global Application Engineering teams to ensure best-in-class technical service. Technology & Standards Thought Leadership: • Maintain expertise in SI methods, PCB processing effects, and high-speed digital design requirements. • Contribute to industry standards development and support customer forums on SI requirements. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • 8+ years of experience in signal integrity engineering, PCB laminates, or high-speed design. • Expertise in VNA measurements, probing techniques, and advanced SI methodologies. • Experience with PCB manufacturing and processing effects on SI performance. • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience. • Proven record of technical publications, white papers, or conference presentations. EDUCATION • PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field required. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS • Fluent in English – required for global communication and technical documentation. • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese – strongly preferred for engagement with Taiwan/China teams and customers. • Ability to travel regionally and globally as needed.

固定日班07:30-19:30, 日班月薪35,000元到55,000元。 1. 負責熱壓或垂直機設備之操作，並維持機台正常運作。 2. 與其他作業員進行協調，以符合生產及程序標準。 3. 填寫生產報表，以檢視與生產目標的距離。 4. 完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜。 5.須穿無塵服、久站與搬運重物，偶爾須佩戴防毒面具。 1.Operate and monitor machines in the production area. 2.Adhere to standard operating procedures and guidelines. 3.Meet production goals with high-quality standards. 4.Execute related tasks assigned by the supervisor. 5.Required to wear cleanroom garments, stand for long periods, and handle heavy objects; occasionally required to wear a gas mask.
