※ Brief Description 工作內容簡述
Sales &After service Assistant in DeRight plays a role as a coordinator therefore strong cross-functional communication skill is required.
It assists the sales/engineering teams in arranging after-sales service tasks. Based on customer feedback, it collaborates with the engineering department and foreign manufacturers to discuss customer needs and confirm the scope of supply (part specifications, work hours, service content, maintenance/educational training schedules), as well as providing quotations to customers.
It also aids the sales/engineering teams in tracking the progress of after-sales service, handling administrative and clerical tasks.
Majority of customers are related to chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, Semiconductor &electrical materials and new energy development. Most of them are domestic, but a few customers with investment abroad. DeRight’s equipment vendors are from Japan, Switzerland. English communication is essential for this role.
本職缺95%為內勤工作,發生售後服務需求時,為客戶 - 公司內部/國外原廠 的溝通橋樑。
協助業務/工程團隊進行售後服務工作安排,依據客戶所反應之問題,與工程部門及國外原廠共同討論客戶需求進而確認供貨範圍(零件規格、工時、服務內容、維修/教育訓練行程),以及提供報價單給客戶。協助業務/工程團隊追蹤售後服務進度,負責行政及文書作業。
主要客戶群為台灣國內客戶,部分為在海外之台商;主要客戶群業務範圍包括化學、化工、製藥、電子與半導體材料以及能源產業等。設備原廠則包含日本、瑞士,與原廠溝通語言以英文為主。
※ Day-to-Day responsibilities 工作職責
• After service management(50%): The scope of after-sales service management includes, but is not limited to: addressing customer needs communicated to the original manufacturer, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to find suitable solutions and provide technical support to customers, confirming details such as parts/equipment specifications, drawings, and related quotations, coordinating delivery times, work hours, and maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment among all parties.
When necessary, accompanying sales representatives for customer visits
• Documentation (35%): Establish, update, and maintain data for after-sales service and inventory management, such as after-sales service progress, pre-bid preparations, materials management (inbound/outbound), and inventory checks. Collaborate with the engineering department to confirm after-sales service requirements, calculate costs, and prepare quotations based on customer needs.
• Administrative (15%): Responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with the associations the company is involved in; supporting preliminary work for professional annual meetings, seminars, and exhibitions the company participates in. When necessary, establish internal standard operating procedures and handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• 售後服務 (50%):售後服務管理內容包括但不限於:對原廠反映客戶需求,與業務及工程團隊合作為客戶尋找到適當的解決方案和技術支援,以及對於零件/設備規格、圖面、相關報價等內容確認,協調相關交期、工時、維修排程資訊,確保各方保持同步。
必要時,需與業務隨行拜訪客戶。
• 文書作業內容 (35%):建立、更新並維護售後服務與庫存管理資料,如:售後服務進度、開標前置作業、進/出料管理、庫存清點;與工程部門合作,依客戶需求確認售後服務內容、成本計算及並製作報價單
• 行政作業 (15%):負責公司所參與之協會的溝通與關係維持;支援公司所參與之專業年會、研討會及展覽之前期工作。必要時,需建立內部作業標準流程,以及其他主管交辦事項。
