What are my Responsibilities? As part of the Taipei Circle Line project, you will be in charge of RSK scope with the delivery of 29 trains under PM2020 setup. 【Key Responsibilities】 ◈ The SQ warranty Engineer leads Supplier quality warranty activities for its Country:   • Is the interface between Alstom team and external suppliers for problem    solving of supplier quality issues occurring in revenue services   • Leads progress & monitors the completion of containment, corrective action     and solution implementation as defined   • Ensure Supplier quality portal is properly used for Supplier quality warranty    issues, including the proper notifications of issues to suppliers   • Supports the project to achieve K1 (safety related quality issues), K2 (quality    issues with high impact on customer’s operations) problem solving target   • Manages supplier performance during Warranty with a dynamic escalation    process (Yellow, Red in & out)   • Supports procurement and contract manager to consolidate CONQ (Cost of    Non-Quality) for claim recovery / back charge process   • Reports / Escalates to SQ Warranty manager (at region or global level) to    unblock critical situations.   • Implements the proper organization (way of working, warranty process, people,    management routines, budget) in each depot and reacts in case of difficulties    or quality drift. Manages its team. ◈ The SQ warranty Engineer leads the problem solving from characterization of the   issue till root cause is identified and solution defined with the external suppliers:   • Verifies the quality of the description and characterization done by Alstom    team, complement as necessary to ensure the right understanding of the issue   • Formally notifies the issue to the supplier   • Ensures that the containment action is defined and implemented   • Ensures the root cause is validated and the solution will address the root cause.   • Periodically follows up with the supplier the action plan. ◈ The SQ warranty Engineer manages Return of Experience from warranty topics:   • Alerts the Project Product Introduction Manager in case of epidemic issues *   • Ensures Return on Experience (REX) is captured and shared across projects and    corrective action deployed in all related projects ◈ Supports reliability growth activity with the project in warranty period   • Ensures early capture of quality issues during Test & Commissioning phases    and PI period during revenue services activities *   • Mobilizes suppliers for quick & efficient solving of issues   • Ensures to reach RAMS liability level of equipment and subsystems purchased   • Ensure a handover with SQ serial before the start of warranty period

【PURPOSE OF THE JOB】 The Site Installation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of the revamping of Signaling & Communication equipment for the Phase section 1 of TCL2 project. Working Location: Tucheng District, New Taipei City We are looking for Installation Engineer to join our Taipei Metro, Wanda (Zhonghe Shulin) Line Signaling Project in Alstom Taiwan. The Installation Engineer is a vital supporter of the project Installation team, working in close collaboration with design team in Bangelore and local subsystem and civil partners, making sure all Signaling equipment and design well projecting into civil strucuture. What are my responsibilities? • In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Installation Design Engineer executes the Installation Engineering studies and activities, in coordination with the Project Installation Manafer , Project Managers and Installation Supervisors, including: • Prepare and execute Installation Engineering activities (Drawings, documentation, specification, Work Method Statement, …) in support of one Projects • Ensure the deliverables are prepared in accordance with the project execution requirements: customer, installation subcontractor, local regulation, contract,… • Support the Field team (Installation Supervisors, Site Managers, SIG Installation team Leaders, etc…) to understand and review the deliverables and prepare design modification or change requests following inputs from site • Review & Prepare the Civil interface drawings CSDSEM (e.g. Station building drawings, track layout drawings, ...) and provide SIG equipment requirement such as indoor/outdoor equipment allocation, cable routing, …, etc • Review & Prepare the Track-work interface drawings for trackside equipment needs • Prepare Installation material specifications & Installation BoQ • Support the PrYM Project Installation Manager during the preparation of the Field quality dossier for Handover • Prepare as-built documentation and ensures conformity with as-installed configuration • Perform Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary) • Prepare BIM drawings. • Continuous improvement: -Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line -Participate to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the IE way of working, process, tools and RefLib -Report anomalies versus the reference library and / or the local standard and propose any improvement or evolution What do I need to qualify for the job? • Engineering degree (Electronic/Mechanical) level or equivalent education • Proficient or above in AutoCAD as Mandatory • BIM experience as a plus • SolidWorks or equivalent 3D mechanical design as a plus • Experience on railway site management • Knowledge of Railway products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M) • 2+ years of experience in design, drafting or engineering (Project and/or construction experience appreciated) • Civil/E&M construction interfacing • Fluent in both English and Chinese as mandatory
