What are my Responsibilities? As part of the Taipei Circle Line project, you will be in charge of RSK scope with the delivery of 29 trains under PM2020 setup. We are looking for Logistic and Material Planner to join our Taipei Circular Line-II OCS Project dynamic team in Alstom Taiwan. Logistic and Material Planner is Deputy of the Project Material Manager, responsible to manage his Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods delivery at right time, quantity and place based on Alstom needs. This role includes coordinating sub-systems on-site, overseeing installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting project schedules and reporting progress and issues. 【MAIN RESPONSABILITIES】 ◈ Coordination & Supervision 　 ◇ Coordinate the execution of revamping system equipment for Taipei Circle Line 　　Phase 1. 　 ◇ Supervise and coordinate with all sub-systems to ensure site work is carried out 　　according to the project schedule. 　 ◇ Coordinate with the operator (Taipei Circle Line NTMC) and sub-systems for 　　Permit-to-Work requirements on a weekly basis. 　 ◇ Prepare and maintain a 4-week rolling plan for site activities, updated weekly. 　 ◇ Oversee and operate the myField tool as a key user for project planning, 　　detailed scheduling of activities, and reporting. 　 ◇ Set up instructions and checklists based on sub-system installation method 　　statements and post-installation requirements. 　 ◇ Monitor and track issues discovered on site during installation and ensure timely 　　resolution. ◈ Supervise site installation work for TCL Phase 1, ensuring compliance with project 　requirements. 　 ◇ Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports. 　 ◇ Ensure installation activities comply with safety standards and project 　　specifications ◈ Documentation & Technical Support 　 ◇ Review and provide technical comments on sub-system documentation related 　　to installation. 　 ◇ Support the development of system documentation for migration and 　　operations. ◈ Continuous Improvement 　 ◇ Contribute to best practice definitions and return of experience (REX) within the 　　Product Line. 　 ◇ Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and 　　quality. ◈ Performance Measurements 　 ◇ On-Time Delivery (OTD) for site activities. 　 ◇ Quality and EHS performance through monitoring, anticipation, and reporting 　　of progress and issues. Working Location: Tucheng District, New Taipei City We are looking for Installation Engineer to join our Taipei Metro, Wanda (Zhonghe Shulin) Line Signaling Project in Alstom Taiwan. The Installation Engineer is a vital supporter of the project Installation team, working in close collaboration with design team in Bangelore and local subsystem and civil partners, making sure all Signaling equipment and design well projecting into civil strucuture. What are my responsibilities? • In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Installation Design Engineer executes the Installation Engineering studies and activities, in coordination with the Project Installation Manafer , Project Managers and Installation Supervisors, including: • Prepare and execute Installation Engineering activities (Drawings, documentation, specification, Work Method Statement, …) in support of one Projects • Ensure the deliverables are prepared in accordance with the project execution requirements: customer, installation subcontractor, local regulation, contract,… • Support the Field team (Installation Supervisors, Site Managers, SIG Installation team Leaders, etc…) to understand and review the deliverables and prepare design modification or change requests following inputs from site • Review & Prepare the Civil interface drawings CSDSEM (e.g. Station building drawings, track layout drawings, ...) and provide SIG equipment requirement such as indoor/outdoor equipment allocation, cable routing, …, etc • Review & Prepare the Track-work interface drawings for trackside equipment needs • Prepare Installation material specifications & Installation BoQ • Support the PrYM Project Installation Manager during the preparation of the Field quality dossier for Handover • Prepare as-built documentation and ensures conformity with as-installed configuration • Perform Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary) • Prepare BIM drawings. • Continuous improvement: -Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line -Participate to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the IE way of working, process, tools and RefLib -Report anomalies versus the reference library and / or the local standard and propose any improvement or evolution What do I need to qualify for the job? • Engineering degree (Electronic/Mechanical) level or equivalent education • Proficient or above in AutoCAD as Mandatory • BIM experience as a plus • SolidWorks or equivalent 3D mechanical design as a plus • Experience on railway site management • Knowledge of Railway products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M) • 2+ years of experience in design, drafting or engineering (Project and/or construction experience appreciated) • Civil/E&M construction interfacing • Fluent in both English and Chinese as mandatory
