Our products are installed in some of the world’s most iconic corporate headquarters such as Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google. This position is based in our Taoyuan, Taiwan office, under the Sales & Marketing Division. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management and Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, and coordinating the logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery. Core Responsibilities 1. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively. 2. Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and business expansion. 3. Manage the end-to-end order and shipping management process, including order entry, processing, and shipping arrangement. 4. Coordinate with production team to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. 5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to samples and RMAs promptly and professionally. 6. Analyze data and generate reports related to order status, inventory levels, and logistics performance. 7. Conduct negotiations with logistics service forwarder (UPS, DHL etc.) to secure competitive rates and terms for transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services. 8. Analyze and compare logistics service provider proposals, identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring service quality and reliability. 9. Monitor and evaluate logistics costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing measures to achieve savings. 10. Adhoc duties assigned by your direct supervisor Preferred Experience & Qualifications 1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service, sales. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent problem solving, with technical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret basic engineering and design data 4. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as this is a client-facing role. 5. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus. 6. A role that covers several time zones, and the ability to multitask and prioritize, with effective time management skills is key 7. Must be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite applications. 8. Open to night shifts to match customer time zones.
