As a Junior Graphic Designer at Meteor Lighting, you will start by taking ownership of our product specifications and technical documents. You will follow existing design guidelines and apply them in future applications, while also being able to suggest improvements and make updates as needed. These documents are vital for our clients and partners and require meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that these materials are not only informative but also visually engaging. As you excel in this role and become more familiar with our products and brand identity, you'll have the opportunity to expand your horizons. You'll transition into working on a broader range of brand-related projects, including creating interesting marketing materials and collaborating on advertising campaigns. This transition will allow you to showcase your creativity and design expertise while still maintaining the precision and order required for technical documents. As a Marketing Planner based at our Taoyuan headquarters, you will shape brand strategy, craft U.S.-focused content, run integrated digital campaigns, and leverage data insights to elevate Meteor's presence across every touchpoint. Project Management • Manage end-to-end product launch timelines by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Plan storytelling strategies and ensure creation of all supporting content, including website landing pages, technical documentation, animations, social media posts, brochures, and presentations. • Lead tradeshow planning by researching requirements, aligning internal teams, and overseeing both strategic and logistical execution. Responsibilities include booth planning, product selection, marketing displays, giveaways, and post-show engagement. • Monitor and manage a range of brand-building initiatives, including award submissions, website upgrades, offline marketing campaigns, partnerships with educational providers, and the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
