1.Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends and company goals. 2.Conduct market and user research to identify needs and translate insights into product requirements. 3.Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and go-to-market success. 4.Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement. 5.Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and trends to drive innovation and support R&D on patentable solutions.

1.Lead the end-to-end design of new panel fasteners, ejectors, latches, and smart handles based on customer input — from concept through prototyping, validation, and final product release. 2.Visit customer design engineers to gather first-hand design requirements. 3.Create concept designs and prototypes with support from manufacturing engineers. 4.Conduct performance testing and validation with support from lab engineers. 5.Finalize designs, create PEM customer drawings, manufacturing drawings for sub-components, and define catalog specifications. 6.Improve existing products to enhance functionality and manufacturability. 7.Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market needs.

1.Support the entire development process from NPD engineer design inputs through to mass production. 2.Understand NPD design concepts from sub-components to assembled products. 3.Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and vendors to assess capabilities and develop sub-components. 4.Work with NPD engineers and vendors to complete Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for each OS-made component. 5.Design assembly fixtures from prototype to mass production stages. 6.Develop and document assembly Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to optimize manufacturability.

1.Deliver technical presentations to customer engineering and R&D teams introducing company products and services. 2.Provide technical advice and design solutions for both catalogue and custom products in customer applications. 3.Support marketing by participating in roadshows, trade shows, technical seminars, and other events. 4.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for supervisors and senior management. 5.Share successful application cases with internal sales and engineering teams. 6.Collaborate closely with global internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

1.Develop and execute mid-term plans to grow business and customer base. 2.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major tier suppliers, and OEMs. 3.Manage RFQs, pricing, contract negotiations, and finalize supply agreements. 4.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. 5.Support Customer Service and Quality teams to resolve delivery, inventory, and customer issues. 6.Ensure effective communication flow within the company and with external partners.

1.Develop and execute business plans for major Server OEM accounts. 2.Drive strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets; monitor performance via Salesforce. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and their ODM/CM partners. 4.Lead technical seminars and design-in activities to strengthen product adoption. 5.Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project communication and business transitions. 6.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to position DcTc solutions effectively. 7.Support sales teams with proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
