公司費用登錄及核銷作業。
公司帳務使用 ERP系統作業。
少量廠商請款、發票開立作業、應收帳款處理等作業。
完成幾間小規模公司的財務帳目至損益表及資產負債表階段。
員工薪資、勞健保及其他相關作業(2位員工)。
協助文件歸檔及辦公室相關行政庶務工作。
其他主管交辦事項
- four to five years accounting experience
- To complete the financial acounts to the Profit and loss and Balance sheet stage
of a very small group of Company's.
- Preparation and recording of invoices. Very small number per month. Follow
through debt collection.
- Payment and recording of all expenses including payroll. Most bills paid
electronically. Back up and advise available from the local provider of company's
electronic accounting system.
- Dealing with staff (two) Lau Bao , Jen Bao and any tax deductions that may be
needed.
- Attending to any regular company filings. Full back up from current staff and
advise available from company's auditors if needed.
- Attending to general affairs pertaining to running a very small office.
- Ad hoc assignments as they may arise.
