The Business Development Manager will be based in our Taipei office, to develop new clients as well as responsible for identifying new key contacts within targeted named accounts, solicit new business and facilitate any sales / RFP process to secure additional business. Key responsibilities for this role • Identify and create Sales Opportunities to increase customer base • Develop strong network, expand new contacts and accounts • Create new revenue for relocation and assignment management services and have a sound working knowledge of the mobility process • Implement disciplined process on clients' activities and develop pipelines • Collaborate with business leaders to maximize client' engagement and acceleration for growth • Be subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice, and industry updates to clients • Provide effective sales presentations, proposals, agreements for clients (HR, global mobility, and procurement team) • Meet / exceed agreed sales activities, revenues and new appointment targets • Engage in events as an ambassador for Santa Fe Relocation Essential knowledge, skills and experience • 2-3 years' B2B sales experience in services solution selling • Sound knowledge of global mobility/ relocation process • Track record of cultivating high value sales opportunity and exceeding sales targets – a sales “hunter” • Demonstrate a customer focused approach to problem solving and resolution skills • Ability to sell contracted services • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Drive, confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivated and result-oriented • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. The Surveyor is responsible for assessing clients' relocation needs through in-home surveys. This role involves evaluating inventory and service requirements, providing tailored recommendations for packing and transportation, and collaborating with clients to ensure their expectations are met. The Relocation Consultant will provide expert support in relocation and immigration services, serving as the primary contact for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating visa applications, housing searches, and cultural training, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success. Key responsibilities for this role • Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating their relocation and immigration needs, including visa applications and renewals, home and school searches, shipment of goods, temporary accommodation, cross-cultural training, look-see trips and familiarization, repatriation, spousal support & etc. • Follow up relevant process flows in the delivery of all relocation services including process if necessary • Provide briefings and counselling to clients • Deliver expert consultation and administrative support for Work Permit, Visa, and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) applications and other immigration matters • Prepare application forms, correspondence, and translations while effectively monitoring submission timelines • Conduct thorough research on immigration law and compliance to ensure all applications meet legal requirements • Monitor clients' visa expirations and provide timely assistance for renewals • Liaise closely with clients, government authorities, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and processes • Assist foreign expatriates with apartment and school searches, as well as other related relocation matters • Ensure that all documentation and filing processes comply with internal policies and ISO standards • Execute any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Essential knowledge, skills and experience • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the relocation and real estate industries • Sound knowledge of the global mobility relocation process • Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail • Diven, confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Advantage but not essential • Proficiency in any other languages is a plus How to apply Simply your CV and covering letter to [email protected]
