[Position Overview] We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Admissions Consultant to grow our consulting practice. This role comes with full P&L responsibility and offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow within our organization. [Key Responsibilities] +Develop and lead a new admissions consulting practice within the company. +Provide expert guidance to students and families on educational programs, admissions procedures, and enrollment processes. +Service offering include and not limited to: Summer programs, Boarding school, Undergraduate, and Language schools. +Conduct in-depth research on academic programs and institutions to offer tailored recommendations. +Collaborate with parents, students, and teachers to provide holistic support, including test preparation guidance when necessary. +Ensure a seamless application experience by answering client inquiries and navigating complex admissions procedures. [Qualifications & Experience] +Minimum three years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education or consulting. +Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the business. +Excellent project management and administrative skills. +Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. +Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). +Bachelor's degree or higher. +Experience in the education industry, K-12 market, or overseas study/work experience is preferred but not required. [Working Conditions] +This is a full-time position that may require flexible hours to accommodate students and parents schedules and occasional evening or weekend events. +The role may involve occasional participation of education related conference, schools' info session, as well as communicate with programs providers (i.e. schools) [Expected Salary] NTD 42,000+ per month (commensurate with experience) + guaranteed 13th-month salary + performance-based bonus tied to annual company profits. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive executive support & operations coordinator to serve as the Director's right hand. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle diverse tasks from client communication and program coordination to administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys working across teams and brands. Expected Salary NTD 42,000+ per month [commensurate w/ experience] Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support - Assist the Director with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and communications. - Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed. - Coordinate between departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Program & Operations Coordination - Support planning and execution of education programs for both brands. - Coordinate schedules with freelance teachers, marketing team, and vendors. - Monitor program logistics, materials, and quality standards. Client Relations & Enrollment Support - Respond to inquiries from prospective and current clients. - Provide program information, guide families through registration, and handle follow-ups. - Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of client data. Event & Marketing Support - Assist with organizing events, info sessions, and workshops. - Liaise with marketing to ensure correct program information across all platforms. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or client service roles. - Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). - Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools. - Professional, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
