Job Summary: The HR Intern will mainly assist in the talent acquisition tasks of MPS Taipei office. This role is responsible for screening, interviewing, coordinating and hiring practices. Essential functions: • Support the recruiting lifecycle, such as candidates sourcing and selection, interview coordination, etc. • Build up a good relationship with target talents from diverse recruiting channels, such as the campus recruitment, 104, LinkedIn, etc. • Manage the current recruiting channels and platforms. • Work closely with hiring manager to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy and plan. • Assist with other ad-hoc projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor or above, in Human Resource, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field, is a plus (in final year of study is preferred). • Good team player, outgoing person, passionate to HR field. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. • Has other HR intern related experience is a plus.

Job Summary: As a Recruiter, your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and manufacturing positions at MPS Hsinchu, Taiwan office. You will be in close partnership with our hiring teams to ensure all staffing needs of the organization are effectively met, while providing great experience for our candidates. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage. This position will be on-site at our offices in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Essential functions: • Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring activities to include candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment. • Partner with hiring managers through entire recruitment process from req creation, intake calls, sourcing/ screening, interviewing, and closing on offers. • Communicate effectively with candidates to maintain a positive relationship throughout the recruitment process. • Conduct and facilitate panel interviews as needed. • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. • Develop and track goals/metrics for the recruiting and hiring process for the business you manage. • Analyze recruiting data and metrics and generate ideas for process improvement. • Employer Branding and engagement initiatives such as social media, job fairs, campus recruitment. • Lead and initiate various campus recruitment events, seminars to promote and represent MPS in the community. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ plus years' experience of technical and professional recruiting experienced strongly preferred. • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced engineering environment preferred. • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms. • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. • Takes initiative, proactive with strong follow-through and client service in mind. Self-motivated, driven, go-getter and self-sufficient. • Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility.

Job Summary: This position's responsibilities include promoting MPS's products and solutions and interacting directly with memory/storage/type-C PD customers and reference design customers in Taiwan. Essential to success in this job is a keen ability to build relationship with customers, develop new reference design accounts and new potential business customers. Essential Functions: • To develop the business opportunities within key reference design accounts. Coordinate with MPS internal teams to design in new reference designs into the key accounts. • Establish and maintain the relationships with the customers and reference design accounts, manage the relevant distribution resources to support the business. • Keep on track market trend and deliver market survey reports. Propose new product ideas based on market trend and customer need. • Work with FAE and AE teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints. • Coordinate with CSR and distribution channel partners to ensure product delivery dates align with expectations of the customer & provide accurate sales/demand forecasts. Qualifications: • 4 years sales or marketing experience, worked power IC or SoC companies is preferred. • Bachelor or higher degree is preferred. • Good skill for product promotion, design in, customer relationship building, and market research. • Preferred experience in sales marketing for the markets of memory, storage, or type-C PD. Good to have experience in sales marketing for general purpose DCDC power IC. • Basic technical capability to understand power IC operation and application circuit characteristic. Basic knowledge in electronics. Good to have power electronics knowledge, including DC/DC converter, AC/DC converter, and power devices. • Good local language and confident in English writing, presentation and communication skills. • Team work player and willing to travel domestically.
