Integral Group is looking for a Senior Investment Manager to join its investment team.
We are a leading private equity fund aiming to drive growth for small to medium enterprises, primarily in the Asia-Pacific and USA regions. Our investment focus spans healthcare, technology, consumer, and ESG sectors. Given our increasing focus on technology-related investments, we particularly welcome candidates with academic or professional backgrounds in information technology, computer science, or electrical engineering.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end deal execution in direct equity investments, including due diligence, deal structuring, debt financing, and transaction closing.
2. Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth assessments of potential investment targets, including industry and competition analysis, financial modeling, operational review, growth potential and risk evaluation, and formulation of investment theses. Present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
3. Portfolio Management: Participate in portfolio company board meetings, monitor business performance, formulate value creation strategies, and support exit planning and execution.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor deal teams composed of analysts and associates, ensuring alignment and quality throughout the transaction process.

【Main Requirements】
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, financial advisory, or strategic consulting.
2. Proven track record in full-cycle deal execution, including diligence, structuring, debt financing, and portfolio oversight. Familiarity with IPO processes is a plus.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising investment teams.
4. Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
5. A degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred. Candidates with investment experience in the technology sector will be prioritized.

IIH Asset Management is the private equity team within Integral group, which currently managed several funds and investments mainly in Taiwan and USA. IIH makes both control and structured minority equity investments in growing, middle-market companies in: Consumer- facing industries. IIH seeks to be a value-added partner to portfolio management teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1.Find and develop investment projects, conduct investment analysis and write feasibility study reports, and put forward rationalization proposals.
2.Combining industry research and resource integration, and able to think across boundaries.
3.Conduct feasibility studies on proposed investment projects, prepare investment plans and final investment reports, and submit them to the Investment Review Committee (IC) for review.
4.Conduct market research on proposed investment projects and participate in or lead negotiations on investment projects.
5.Conduct result evaluation of invested projects and submit regular reports on the investment status of the projects.
6.Strong ambition to build and lead the team, responsible for training and supervising the new front office staff, to help the company build a good investment team and the overall investment system.

•IIH Analysts are actively involved in all aspects of the investment process, from investment thesis formation, to investment structuring and closing, to portfolio monitoring and support, through exit. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry research to develop and test investment theses; creating financial models with scenarios involving different investment, acquisition, capital structure, and acquisition assumptions; developing materials that present the deal team’s thesis to partners and investment committee; conducting company due diligence; assisting in portfolio company performance monitoring and financing activities; and supporting strategic initiatives at portfolio companies with senior management teams.
•Analysts are often asked to present their findings and perspectives to the deal team , partners and often interact directly with management teams at the portfolio companies.
•At IIH, Analysts and Associates have the opportunity to work on investments across industry verticals, and cross boarder for both the investment and transaction, providing a variety and volume of deal exposure to create better learning opportunities.
