Integral Group is seeking an experienced and analytically strong Senior Investment Manager with a scientific background to join our dynamic private equity team. 【Key Responsibilities】:
1. Industry-Focused Deal Sourcing & Execution: Lead deal sourcing and execution in the biotech and healthcare sectors. Apply domain knowledge to assess scientific/clinical rationales, pipeline potential, regulatory pathway, and commercial scalability.
2. Due Diligence & Technical Assessment: Conduct deep due diligence, including technology review, clinical trial design, regulatory analysis, and market potential validation. Coordinate with external advisors as needed (e.g., KOLs, regulatory experts).
3. Investment Structuring: Design transaction structures suited to biotech/healthcare business models, including staged funding, milestone-based payouts, and participation in licensing or strategic partnerships.
4. Post-Investment Value Creation: Partner with management teams to support strategy formulation, pipeline prioritization, clinical development planning, BD/licensing opportunities, and exit readiness (IPO/M&A).
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal financial team and external consultants to align scientific evaluation with commercial and financial modeling.
6. Team Contribution: Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge building in scientific and healthcare sector developments.
【Main Requirements】:
1. PhD or equivalent in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; MD/PharmD backgrounds are also welcome.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of industry experience in biopharma, CRO, medical devices, or related healthcare companies. Prior experience in clinical development, regulatory affairs, R&D, or BD highly preferred.
3. Experience or strong interest in investments, licensing, M&A, or strategy roles involving commercial evaluation of biopharma assets.
4. Excellent strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally between science and finance.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin; capable of writing investment memos and engaging senior stakeholders across sectors.

IIH Asset Management is the private equity team within Integral group, which currently managed several funds and investments mainly in Taiwan and USA. IIH makes both control and structured minority equity investments in growing, middle-market companies in: Consumer- facing industries. IIH seeks to be a value-added partner to portfolio management teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1.Find and develop investment projects, conduct investment analysis and write feasibility study reports, and put forward rationalization proposals.
2.Combining industry research and resource integration, and able to think across boundaries.
3.Conduct feasibility studies on proposed investment projects, prepare investment plans and final investment reports, and submit them to the Investment Review Committee (IC) for review.
4.Conduct market research on proposed investment projects and participate in or lead negotiations on investment projects.
5.Conduct result evaluation of invested projects and submit regular reports on the investment status of the projects.

•IIH Analysts are actively involved in all aspects of the investment process, from investment thesis formation, to investment structuring and closing, to portfolio monitoring and support, through exit. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry research to develop and test investment theses; creating financial models with scenarios involving different investment, acquisition, capital structure, and acquisition assumptions; developing materials that present the deal team’s thesis to partners and investment committee; conducting company due diligence; assisting in portfolio company performance monitoring and financing activities; and supporting strategic initiatives at portfolio companies with senior management teams.
