Expected outcome o Integrate sustainability as a part of our day-to-day business. o Accountable for the Sourcing offices sustainability reporting o Develop sustainability in the Sourcing offices and in the value chain, keep and improve a compliant and sustainable foundation for our customers. o Secure Bufab sustainable value offering in the Sourcing offices to support customers decarbonization & sustainability journey. o Be the super user for the sustainability system and processes in the Sourcing offices. o Implement sustainability program for sourcing and for the supplier base. Including KPI´s how to measure the progress of our decided Sustainable Development Goals. o Make decarbonization a habit that is integrated in decision making when selecting suppliers for new items and review the current supplier portfolio and make the plan with the local companies how to reach the SBTi commitment. o Build culture & competence to drive accountability & engagement. o Review and plan training for the stakeholders, internal & suppliers. o Guidance how to set science-based targets aligned with limit global warming to 1.5°C for the supplier base covering Scope 1,2 and 3. o Perform CIMM audits on the sister companies in the Sourcing offices. o Prepare investments according to EU taxonomy for sustainable activities o Coordinate sustainability activities cross-BU with Category Managers, Lead buyers. o Drive the sustainability in the Sourcing offices and be part of the global sustainability circle. o Take full responsibility for a high level of planning and deviation management including analysis and management of agreed actions and reporting connected to the area. Required Qualifications & Competences o Post grade education in sustainability o 5-year experience working with global sustainability and risk assessment in international companies o Knowledge of GRI G5, ISO 26000, ISO45000,ISO 14001, 14064 & 67, EcoVadis, Sedex o Competence in material compliance regulations REACH, RoHS, Full Material Declarations, Conflict minerals etc. o Audit experience. o Project management and change management skills o Knowledge of LCA calculation o Fluent in English, oral and written o Capable of travelling 20 - 40 days per year
