Specifically, 1) Document management in daily digitalization, including annual packing and destruction 2) Monthly withholding tax declaration and application for specific services of withholding tax refund 3) Assistance with month-end and year-end closing, accrued duty and charge, as well as financial audit 4) Treasury backup 【What You'll Be Doing】 Document management (40%) 1) Digitalization -Collection, sorting, and scanning -Uploading to SAP -Compiling and storage 2) Document packing & delivery (to Xizhi warehouse) 3) Document destruction Withholding tax (25%) 1) Declaration on foreign service, interest and dividend 2) Management of those already paid withholding tax and application for lower tax % and refund 3) Others (e.g., refund of tax overpaid) Closing / Breakdown / Audit (25%) 1) Closing support Accrued Customs duty and accrued inter-company interest charge Preparing consolidated B/S and I/S for review 2) Audit support -External: Finance audit and tax audit -Internal: Group audit Treasury Backup (5%) Others (5%) - Ad-hoc assignment
