一、管理學生宿舍各項設備與器材，並落實維護保養工作。 二、住宿學生生活照顧輔導與管理(包含處理學生臨時傷病送醫、偶（突）發事件，通報並連繫家長事宜)。 三、維護宿舍內學生之安全(巡視設施現況、注意宿舍人員進出狀況)。 四、管理學生宿舍環境衛生，定期進行打掃工作。 五、辦理住宿生日常生活考核及內務檢查、評比、獎懲等全般事宜。 六、每日早、晚實施點名、巡查及檢查狀況，登載於宿舍工作日誌陳報核備，同時完成簽到(退)事宜。 七、上班時間不得遲到、早退，於服勤時間內未奉核准不得擅離職守。 八、配合學員生事務相關管理規定協助處理。 九、其他臨時交辦事項。

This role is ideal for educators who are eager to inspire students in reading, writing, and analytical thinking, while fostering language development, critical thinking, and confidence. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons aligned with school standards to students in grades 7-12. • Teach 20 hours per week with applicable overtime compensation • Encourage students’ language proficiency and confidence through interactive and student-centered learning and foster positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. • Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development programs. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field. • Native English speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for education, cultural exchange, and helping students develop strong English proficiency. • Teaching experience in public or private schools in Taiwan is highly preferred. • Have taught English courses in foreign schools recognized by the competent authority for more than one year, or have served as full-time teaching assistant of English courses in domestic public schools with introduction of the competent authority for more than one year, and have met one of the following requirements: 1)University degree or above in education, English or a related field, and having studied English language teaching methods, teaching assessment, introduction to second language learning, and trial teaching courses. The course hours above in total should be more than 120 hours. 2)TESOL（Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages）certificate, TEFL（Teaching English as a Foreign Language）certificate or CELTA （Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults）certificate recognized by the competent authority. 【工作內容】 1.依每日全校維修簿登記事項進行檢修、維護與修繕。 2.每月定期檢查及保養校內設施設備： *飲水機檢查與維護紀錄。 *發電機運轉及保養紀錄。 *地下水水塔反洗與海綿濾材更換。 3.配合廠商定期檢驗： *電梯檢驗。 *變電站檢修。 4.配合學校行政作業及臨時交辦維修任務。 【職務需求】 •具備 基本水電維修能力（燈具、水龍頭、插座更換與修繕）。 •具備 電力系統基礎認知。 •有責任心，能配合學校工作派遣及突發狀況處理。 •有相關工作經驗或乙級丙級水電證照者佳。
