Veden’s milling center, also know as our CAD department uses a wide range of milling systems (Cercon, Zeno, Procera and Bego’s precision milling unit) to fabricate all ceramic, telescope and attachment restorations. Our CAD department offers a wide range of Zirconia products that you can choose from Procera, Zeno, Cercon, and Generic Zirconia. We are an ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003 and DAMAS Certified Dental Laboratory. We are committed to deliver quality products using only CE Certified materials in our laboratory. We guarantee at any time to use only high quality and proven materials for all steps of the processing starting from model making. Alloys that have favorable properties are being used. Ceramic and Veneering materials that are state of the art offering a wider choice in biocompatibility and aesthetics are also being used. Along with the Manufacturing Executing System (MES), it ensures quality control for every step of procedure from the very beginning until final inspection.Over the last two decades we have established a reputation for providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. 《Job Responsibilities》
1、Assist Accounting team with a range of financial tasks. These involve preparing budgets, projection cycles , mangement report , financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
2、Lead cross-functional communication or projects and support management decision-making throught consolidation of all necessary financial data.
《Key Responsibilities》
1、Ensure forecasting and projection are aligned with business strategy and comply with Group guidelines and schedules.
2、Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast idnetify areas in need of attention and / or improvement .
3、Manage data quality and accuracy for reporting and cross-functional communications
4、Work on new ad hoc analysis to enhance operational efficiency

《Related Experience》
1、Auditor experience will be the requirement.

2. 收發、記錄及彙整交易產生之原始憑證 ，並登錄至會計系統製作傳票之帳務作業

2. 規劃招募管道與甄選流程，包含海內外招聘、人力盤點、職能分析、面談流程等作業。提供各項人力資源數據分析報表供主管做決策。
3. 定期檢視並調整公司招聘制度、人事管理制度、人事檔案管理制度、員工手冊、培訓大綱等規章制度、實施細則等規章制度。
4. 負責員工薪酬方案的制定.實施和修訂結算，發放薪資、年度所得稅結算。規劃及執行人事薪酬系統導入作業
5. 負責員工招募、培訓、績效、資遣、薪酬及員工關係等人力資源工作。
6. 負責勞動合同的簽定與管理工作，進行勞動關係管理，代表公司解决勞動爭議和糾紛。
7. 負責優化及執行公司的績效管理系統，並運用績效評核結果，提供管理決策參考，優化各部門、職務KPI考核辦法，以激勵員工提升工作績效。
8. 執行參與集團及各區域公司人事行政、法務規章、流程管理制度建立與執行，並根據公司發展需要持續追蹤優化相關作業。
9. 樹立企業文化與建立員工溝通渠道，收集信息並及時匯報。
10.協助高層協調跨部門，落實公司規章制度，塑造企業形象及良好工作環境

1.Monitor the status of shipments in transit, proactively coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve any delivery issues promptly
2. Implement packaging improvement and weight reduction projects, aiming for future packaging automation
3. Liaise with the finance department and 3PL vendors to handle billings
4.Collaborate on quotation operations, provide logistics cost-related estimates, ensure cost reasonableness
5.Maintain and update logistics contracts with 3PL vendors, negotiate contract terms and conditions
6.Implement company logistics strategy/guideline into local operations, develop SOP and set up KPls to deliver cost effectiveness, operation efficiency, and packing efficiency
7.Identify and escalate logistics issues and ensure improvement actions are sustained
8.Design and implement strategies to efficiently manage logistics based on the company’s future needs
9.Manage cross-functional ad-hoc projects (if any) with comprehensive communication to drive changes
