【職務內容】
1. 會議室與公共空間管理：環境維護、零食飲品補給、訪客接待、會議排程安排與通知。
2. 庶務與物品採購管理：辦公文具、日常耗材、零食飲品採購與控管；固定資產標籤製作與登記維護。
3. 郵務與檔案作業：信件包裹收發、寄送登記、郵務中心往來事宜。
4. 行政帳務處理：發票登打、費用申請、ERP 系統操作、零用金管理與各項水電管理費支付。
5. 設施與設備維護：反應公共設施修繕、門禁卡申請與管理、印表機碳粉與紙張補充。
6. 其他主管交辦事項：協助公司活動執行、廠商聯繫及跨部門支援。
【我們希望你具備】
1. 至少1年行政總務相關工作經驗。
2. 熟悉 Microsoft Office、有 ERP 系統經驗尤佳

1. 負責生產製程中之品質管制（IPQC）與最終產品品質檢驗（FQC）
2. 即時通報製程異常狀況，並協助初步處理與填寫異常紀錄
3. 支援進料檢驗作業（IQC）
4. 撰寫與修訂品質管制相關作業文件，並持續優化檢驗流程
5. 維護並確保品質管理系統（如 ISO 13485）文件與稽核作業符合規範
6. 完成主管交辦之其他品管相關事項。
【技能與經歷要求】
1. 具醫療器材產業經驗者佳
2. 有ERP系統使用經驗者佳
