This role is involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) throughout the Operations function. You will be a part of an Operations team which consists of the following departments: Production, Production Technology, Materials, and Quality Assurance. Take an active role in factory production line planning. 3. Identify and address key risks that may alter or impact production schedule. 4. Providing clear and thorough input to Materials Production Planning (MPP) group on production resource availability. 3. Communicate clear direction to production staff so they can execute the production plans effectively. 6. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will drive project teams in developing highly innovative products. This person will manage the product development team from product conception through mass production. We are looking for someone who has great experience in developing products that have all engineering disciplines involved (EE, FW, SW, and ME). This person will be expected to plan, execute tasks, manage team members, and solve most challenging technical problems.
