System Engineer

JOB PURPOSE
Perform system related tasks according to team manager's request in objective
of ensure the stability, integrity and efficient on our system environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Co-operate with software developer to build Docker environment with high availability, expansibility.
2. Manage Kubernetes and manage computing resource.
3. Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
4. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
5. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
6. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
7. Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.

工作條件

  • 工作經歷: 三年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 不拘
  • 其它條件: Length and Type of Job-Relevant Experience:
    - Minimum of 3-5 years of ICT operational experience
    - Experience with server hardware installation and parts replacing
    - Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
    - Experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft technologies (e.g., DFS/S2D/PowerShell) administration.
    - Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, KVM)
    - Experience with OpenSource solution (e.g., ELK, Redis)
    - Experience with monitoring system design and configuration.
    - Experience with Linux (e.g., RHEL/CentOS/OEL) administration.

    Required skills:
    i. Must:
    1. Container management and Docker & Kubernetes setup
    2. Kubernetes component setting and load balance
    3. Infrastructure Maintenance
    4. Alert Handling
    5. OS Installation
    6. System Problem Trouble-Shooting
    ii. Nice to have:
    1. Hardware Installation/Replacement
    2. OS Performance Turning
    3. Log and track technical support case
