Responsibilities
•Gather and understand customer requirements. Verify whether the information is enough to initiate a design project
•Advise customer on hardware requirements to realize load board/module design projects
•Assess and estimate the hardware design project's schedule, effort, and feasibility
•Perform hardware project task planning, resource planning and mentor junior engineer to co-work on complex design and finish with high quality on time
•Manage project schedules and keep customers informed of the project status. Manage customer to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
•Keep close communication with worldwide teams, suppliers and customers
•Deliver hardware design training and seminars to customers
