Sales Manager

  • 全職

Manages sales of the company’s products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Collaborates with Marketing Specialists in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train resellers, partners and sales personnel. Manages and assists resellers and partners to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

The given goal of this position is to create and sustain alliances and partnership, expand the business and be in the leading position of the target segments.

Functions:
• Maintain existing clients, developing new customers and promote business.
• Managing Product sales budgets and continually monitoring actual Product performance against forecasted sales.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Able to travel to customer sites, participate trade shows and regional/corporate shows, approximately 75 % of the time.
• Depends on the work performance, this position could be delegated abroad to APAC.

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 具備駕照: 普通小型車
  • 工作技能: 專案規劃執行╱範圍管理、行銷宣傳預算編製與控管、行銷策略擬定、顧客關係管理、國外業務開發、業務或通路開發、產品介紹及解說銷售
  • 其它條件: • Experience or training in semiconductor, embedded systems, and/or storage system sectors.
    • Experience providing solutions for enterprise and large, complex organizations.
    • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Plans and organizes sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for each segment.
    • Experience in data encryption solutions.
    • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
    • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
    • Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and driven.
    • Must be adept at handling pressure and working under stress.
