Marketing Manager

  • 全職

The mission of the role is to build the Ccilu brand as the best footwear brand globally through maximizing innovative and inspirational brand creative and exposure by recommending, planning and executing initiatives in Integrated Marketing Communication, Key visual, Advertising and PR. He/she will achieve this mission by:
- Pro-actively developing and recommending creative visuals, advertising, new media strategies and its derived programs according to the go-to-market plan
- Planning and overseeing the development, preparation and implementation of the Ccilu communications campaigns, in above-the-line and below-the-line media and Internet, including creative copywriting, media planning and campaign organization.
- Organizing market research, consumer insight and product proposition from product manager to facilitate the marketing plan as a marcom role and creative brief with designer in order to interpret the nice shot among kicking off new products and sub-lines.

Planning
- Provides input into the annual and quarterly marketing plan and provides input into the brand asset plans
- Strategically utilizes our global co-branding and events with effective communication initiatives to provide the authentic link to our technical product ranges
- Identifying how global communications can be adapted and implemented or developed to distributors’ initiatives
- Recommends and/or develops creative material for brand campaigns with senior manager

Management
- Manages sourcing of all (locally produced) Brand Communication material at the lowest price while still maintaining good quality and standards
- Evaluates and recommends pricing levels and negotiates quotations for all Brand Communication purchases
- Procure post evaluates campaign performance by conducting or coordinating research and be on track of vendors’ executive development.

  • 學歷要求: 大學以上
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 其它條件: - Creative and IMC development (Processes and Projects)
    - Experienced in making consistent tone and manner for brand and sub-brand
    - Conceptual understanding of marketing as brand building tool
    - Strong team player
    - Communication skills, relationship management and empathy
    - Creative/design/ art direction sense
    - Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
    - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the advertising agency or marketing & communication dept. prefer in Fashion/Apparel/Footwear industry.
    - Excellent presentation and organizational skills
    - Outlook – basic; Word – advanced; Excel – advanced; PowerPoint – advanced
    - Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
    - Operative knowledge with Adobe and multimedia software is a plus.
