Credit Card Product Manager

《 Key Accountabilities 》
- Acquisition will be responsible for developing strategy and tactical campaigns related to driving new CIF across all segments and product pillars
- Responsibilities include the management of different acquisition channels such as Direct Sales Cards, branch distribution, wealth or high net worth segment distribution, market research; financial analysis; product planning and coordination of sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsibility for the growth of the credit card CIF, which include working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- The Acquisition manager is expected to have a thorough understanding of the credit card industry, as well as credit cards in general, understanding the competitive landscape related to pricing, functionality and the competitive advantages of products.

《 Job Duties & responsibilities 》
- Focus on digital onboarding and customer segment that drives profitability to DBS Cards such as fee cards.
- Develop strategies to increase penetration, activation, revenue, and utilization of DBS card products by working with internal stakeholders in both consumer banking & Institutional banking.
- Develop and recommend marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts.
- Report key performance metrics to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate promotional, marketing, and communication programs for affluent/High Net Worth card products.
- Research and compile business and industry competitive data to analyze and develop tactics to achieve strategic goals.
- Analyze sales information, projections and other meaningful data and present findings to business unit management.
- Research and recommend strategies on assigned products including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development.
- Prepare and/or provide input in the preparation and delivery of training & sales tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert, point of contact and lead of special projects pertaining to affluent/High Net Worth card products.
- Proficient in industry research around customer behaviors, new product offerings, new providers and regulatory impacts; keeping business partners updated and informed.
- Manage credit card vendor service relationship; responding and sending requests, managing risks, and ensuring compliance adherence.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and implement sales tactics as well as partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
- Make recommendations in the development of marketing and advertising programs for the assigned products.
- Develop new ideas and initiatives that improve the overall consumer loan portfolio performance of the organization
- Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• In depth knowledge of card payment industry
• Knowledge of Credit card functions in Card Schemes networks
• Knowledge of and ability to analyze major network interchange structure and processing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Taiwan regulations & policies, and Card Scheme rules
• Customer service orientation
• Time management and prioritization
• Ability to read and interpret card related disclosures
• Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees, and senior management
• Ability to perform root cause analysis
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Knowledge of financial institution risk assessment, risk mitigation, and internal control practices
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and execute action plans in order to meet organization goals and deadlines
