Commissioning Manager 測試工程師

A. JOB SUMMARY

The Electrical & Mechanical Commissioning Manager, whom reports to the Country Manager, is responsible for the design, installation, operations and maintenance of the M&E services. This role is also required to perform a holistic assessment of a building's electrical and mechanical systems and provide unbiased input on the client's behalf through managing the project commissioning process.


B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce commissioning plan including a program, reviewing E&M design, costruction contractor and nominated subcontractor documentation
• Responsible for confirming the construction contractor and subcontractor's works meet requirements in accordance with the project commissioning specification.
• Monitor and track progress throughout the process, maintaining close liaison with all other parties.
• Liaise with other parties to achieve a smooth and consistent process meeting the desired outcomes.
• Provide authority on commissioning matters and assist in resolving installation issues.
• Review and comment on contractor's documentation regarding design and commissioning.
• Monitor E&M installations, testing and commissioning activities as the project progressed.
• Develop / Review / Approve method statements for testing and commissioning of MEP equipments
• Chair and Instigate commissioning meetings with the various contractors.
• Visit the site to inspect the progress and quality of teh works and report back to the Project Manager.
• Produce snagging lists throughout the project and issue to the Project Manager.
• Be in attendance of all essential systems and sub-systems commissioning activities.
• Review and comment on contractor's operations and maintenance and as-built information.
• Manage and attend training / user demonstrations that are planned by the vendors and constructors.
• Prepare and collate progress reports such as weekly / monthly reports and final report.
