Medical Affairs Manager (Oncology)

  • 全職

***Candidates with Oncology Clinical trials experience and people management skills are strongly preferred***

• To provide leadership across the medical function and the organisation and ensure a high performance team is established and junior colleagues are developed
• Lead the communication with potential investigators with interests of investigator-sponsored research (ISR), which shall fulfill the medical strategy and unmet medical need to extend the product life-cycle
• Discuss the study design and facilitate concept review initiated by regional core medical team (RCMT)
• To work with Ethics and Compliance on compliance-related matters and to ensure the affiliate is fully compliant with all relevant regulations and codes of practice
• Support and lead the execution and monitoring of Patient supporting program and Risk Management plan.
• Proactive in generating ideas for studies and identifying areas where research, new data and new materials may be beneficial to the Company
• Medical Manager provides the scientific and medical knowledge for the oncology fields and implements medical and clinical programs
• Coordinates continuing educational workshops, seminars and programs for healthcare professionals and scientists
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge for assigned products and relevant TAs throughout participating in key internal meetings/discussions, relevant congresses and seminars, and literature reading
• Engage in training programs, and support sales force and other stakeholder facing teams through provision of regular and up-to-date clinical and product trainings
• Motivate and provide leadership to the members of the Medical Affairs team to ensure optimum results as well as career satisfaction and development
