Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities of the role:

1 Assist in generating an annual training calendar.
2 Execute training program including vendor management, participants management, and on-site support; monitor training process, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously optimize training content.
3 Maintain the training database and create dashboards of data intelligence.
4 Ensure all training documentation, materials and records are effectively compiled and maintained.
5 Be a person of charge in the Learning Management System including data updating, content refresh, and user management.
6 Take charge of internal communication and promotion of training-related initiatives.

What you will need:

- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR work experience, preferably from MNC in digital/ media-related industry
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at MS offices
- Strong sense of accountability, and high learning agility to be confident in complexity environment
- Good in both written and spoken English
