Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager/ Marketing Executive

Principal Objectives:
Implement product plans based on the Marketing calendar and business needs to create excitement and then to recruit and retain valuable customers’ stickiness to the brand to achieve sales targets

Accountabilities:
-Product Management
 Build up and manage hero categories’ performance and new launch, including naming, product concept & related administration, forecast, pricing, stock management…..etc.
 Track campaign performance, e.g. sales, CRM & KPI result by weekly to evaluate the effectiveness and provide solid feedback for improvement if necessary.
 SA and MD programs,Competition analysis and sharing

-CRM program: customer profile analysis and action plan
 Plan, execute and control budget of loyalty program on valuable customer’s retention and stickiness to the brand
 Support retailer and product team’s ad-hoc request.
-Manage Counter Visual Merchandising
 Counter Visual Merchandising Management
 In-store display, including Outpost & Window
 Displayer Management
-Media & Digital Marketing
­Support advertising / light box key catch
­Assist to develop and execute media plan
­Execute digital marketing plan (official website refresh / digital campaign / key words / banner ad)

  • 接受身份: 上班族
  • 工作經歷: 五年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學以上
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 工作技能: 品牌行銷管理、行銷策略擬定、產品開發預算與成本控管
  • 其它條件: Education: University graduate or above.
    Work Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Product marketing / Visual Merchandising/counter brand experience is a plus
    Personal Characteristics:
    ­Creative with detail-oriented
    ­The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
    ­Strong will power; open-minded; optimistic, energetic, willing to work cooperatively with peers, management, subordinates, and other departments
