Product Manager 產品經理

We are seeking for a dedicated and skillful professional to manage company product portfolio and develop product business strategy. Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle, including defining the product vision and requirement, working closely with cross-functional team to deliver the product and solution to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Product Manager works to drive and optimize category level product features, positioning and go-to-market initiatives in support of company product portfolio. This includes product launch planning and execution, working with marketing team to develop content and programs that drive field success, market awareness, and channel enablement. You coordinate with product development, operation and regional sales to help achieve business objectives in terms of sales revenue and market leadership.

Product Manager conducts research, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategies, identify a target audience, and determine the best way to reach that audience. You should be able to take a long-range view of the business and translate into actionable plans to support the annual business plan. Additionally, Product Manager will have in-depth understanding of the global marketplace, distribution layers and build strong internal relationships with the regional teams while challenging the status quo.

Product Manager should be analytical, innovative, and strategic in nature to enjoy a fast paced, results driven environment. The role is highly matrixed and will require strong relationships across all areas of the business including marketing, sales, operation and development.

Responsibilities:
- Market analysis, define key customer needs and challenges. Build up product strategy, objectives and development program.
- Strategic Planning, define product roadmap, product positioning, features, sales strategies and competitor analysis.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing products, developing new product go-to-market plan, roll out execution and ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Content creation for product presentation and training material.
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM accounts for development requirements.
- Coordination of cross-functional team in sales support for key customers and tenders
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure that data is accurately entered and managed in the company's management system.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Analyze sales data to dig into user trends.
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.

  • 工作技能: 專案規劃執行╱範圍管理、協商談判能力、提案與簡報技巧、產品開發預算與成本控管、顧客關係管理、業務或通路開發、客戶情報蒐集、產品介紹及解說銷售
  • 其它條件: (A). Must-Have
    - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product planning, sales or marketing experience.
    - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in product development processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage.
    - Strong cross-functional team management, open minded, strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style, professionalism.
    - Ability to resolve complex problems, drive for results proactively, innovative, think and lead strategically.
    - Making decisions strategically on prioritization and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
    - Excellent Chinese & English written and oral communication
    - Professional presentation and public speaking.
    - Prospecting, persuasion and negotiation Skills.
    - Hosting meeting and closing skills.
    - Overseas business travel may be required.

    (B). A Plus
    - Strong Intellectual capacity with excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality.
    - Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management.
    - Experience of working in a global environment.
