The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our growing Business Development teams across the Asia Pacific, the Middle East/Africa, and Europe regions.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate end-to-end partner on-boarding cycle by closely working with EMQ's Business Development teams and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate Partners and EMQ internal teams to tackle business issues and problem
* Define and manage expectations of deliverables and timeline
* Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
* Work quickly to address and resolve client issues
* Identify the efficiency gap of the process and raise it to the internal teams

  • 其它條件: Requirements:
    * At least 3 years' experience in client on-boarding, client management, project delivery/management. Direct industry experience in Banking or FinTech is required.
    * Goal-oriented: ability to set clear goals and layout plans to achieve them
    * Detail-oriented: strong attention to detail and always have contingency plans to avoid ball dropping
    * Effective communications: ability to work with teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
    * Technology savvy: familiar with sales automation and workflow tools, such as Salesforce
    * Self-starter, fast-learner, and motivated: constantly finding ways to do things better
    * English proficiency skills are required
