採購人員 Supply Chain Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyer --
• Place purchase orders to 10+ suppliers by reviewing forecast data from forecast system. Maintain high Inventory availability levels according to established targets.
• Strong capability to manage safety stock levels and inventory replenishment by planning and releasing orders to suppliers against established inventory principles and targets.
• Work with USA based demand plan team to pull in or push out purchase orders to balance inventory to achieve high inventory turn.
• Follow up with order placement with suppliers to ensure on time shipping. Working with Suppliers on “Perfect POs” (ship on time, on quantity with correct invoice)
• Communicate and update latest ETD and ETA of components to USA demand planning Team.
• Manage logistics related functions and help coordinate on freight consolidation communication.
• Effectively work with supplier to shorten lead time and reduce production delay.
• Visit suppliers on regular period to strengthen supplier relationship.


Admin. --
• Coordinate and maintain travel and inspection scheduling for Office staff, includes interfacing with internal team members and external customers to manage supplier visits and inspection visit schedules.
• Accounting and book-keeping, tracking operational and office expenses for the team
• Handle invoices and expenses ensuring all are paid on time while adhering to strict compliance guidelines
• Manage and liaise with services providers / facility management office on repairing & maintenance activities
• Manage Sampling activates for Product Development work, involves coordinating with US office to manage and track sample product requests to manage supplier development activities in Asia.
• Ensure all Taiwan admin activities and application are in compliance with Corporate guidelines


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Show proven record on strong capability of creativity and process improvement.
• Strong negotiation skill and relationship builder with self-motivation. Able to self-start with minimum supervision.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (liaise with Taiwan/China suppliers and USA Demand Planning Team).
• Able to be flexible in working hour as required to have periodic evening meeting with USA team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to partner in a team environment
• Prefer with ERP experience. SAP and SAGE experience is Required.
• Highly capable with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word is a must.
• Experience in an administration, office management, accounts payable/receivables or equivalent position
