(Sr.) Hardware Design Engineer 資深/硬體設計工程師(Server 伺服器)-TC20280

Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a hardware design engineer position to join our team in our Taipei office. In this position, you will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and testing server mother boards. You will also be responsible for improving and maintaining the quality of server mother board products and modify existing server mother boards to fulfill customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for schematics capture, layout checking, BOM creation, debugging, and testing of server board/add-on card products.
2. Modify and enhance existing designs to improve the quality and durability of in-house motherboard products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and other teams to capture and resolve any engineering issues in early development stage.
4. Prepare technical documentation including product specifications, layout instructions, test procedures, etc.
5. Ensure products conform to engineering specification, regulatory, and customer expectations.
6. Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation, and provide technical support to solve product problems.

工作條件

  • 工作經歷: 四年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 不拘
  • 其它條件: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experiences.
    Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experiences.
    Familiar with PCBA design and its components.
    Familiar with Multi-phase VRM, high speed signal handling, Signal Integrity, eye diagram, transmission line and EMI.
    Working experience with Cadence OrCAD.
    Self-motivated, team player with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
    4-7 years of experience working with x86 server boards.
