RD team : Application Engineer-ICS

  • 全職

• Working as a bridge between industrial potential customers and E&I, the new growth initiative application engineer is required to be knowledgeable (per training) of the strategic DuPont offerings and is capable of translating and directing these customers’ input properly to ICS technology experts for evaluation.
• Steward the engagement process of these new growth initiatives to assures quality interaction with customers and manage customer's expectations to align with ICS strategy including business goals and the focused market segment.
• Scouting ICS offering development through the industrial value chain for the emerging applications with high growth potential of ICS.
• Reaching the across functional teams including application, commercial, PLM and the marketing team to address these opportunities and compile resources for growth initiatives.
• Identifying the industry experts to engage the regular interactions to access the expertise required by ICS and/or across E&I.

  • 其它條件: • Master degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, EE or related field.
    • 7 + years experienced working with solid understanding within electronics industry is a must. Experience with IC substrate and/or IC assembly/package industry preferred.
    • Demonstrated success working with international team and collaboration skills.
    • Strong in conceptual and logic problem solving skills and decision making to deal with technical issues.
    • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies/products/processes.
    • Self-motivated and capability to work independently. Business acumen with an ability to integrate Technology needs into the overall business strategy; an ability to see the broader business needs.
    • Effectively communicates verbally and written communications to team members and management on all aspects of program activity in English.
    • Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
    • Ability to integrate into broader technology organizations outside of Electronics and Image and industrial or academic partners.
    • Enjoy working with people internally and externally and skillful in interacting with customers to understand their needs.
    • Able to handle difficult and stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
    • Good at project management, following-up work, with sense of urgency to meet commitments.
